Another male lost one of his shoes. 00:10 hours. Now southbound over fences. Male in a yellow striped shirt. 00:14 hours. 221 is out with the male. Some kind of altercation. No one wants anything done.

Complainant didn't want anything done. Did not wish further police involvement at this time. Checked the area and the male could not be located. 02:03 hours.

1/1/2009	1306 Belle	Disturbance. Female and her 19-year-old son were arguing over a job training program that he's supposed to go to in the morning. She moved his Playstation 3 out of the way and he became very upset and started screaming at her. Male left prior to arrival.

Complainant states the male called her and stated he raped the 17-year-old and did not know what came over him. He said he needed to get out of there and hung up. Complainant went home and found her 17-year-old friend curled up in a ball and crying. States this happened about an hour ago. 20:49 hours.

Long black or brown full length leather coat with a design on it. Baseball cap. Approximately 5'7" or 5'6". Wears baggy urbanwear-type pants. He is a regular customer who is always on foot. On foot last seen westbound on Madison. Male has a small pistol. Cars sent code three. Possibly the same suspect from an incident at Simone's. 23:35 hours. Written report.
