12/22/2008	18900 Detroit - Lakewood Cliffs Apts	Complaint - citizen. Apt. 416. Male has little to no heat in the apartment. A little chilly in the apartment, but not too bad. He has had an ongoing problem with this for over a year. He will contact the landlord and the city in the morning.
12/22/2008	1366 Manor Park	Animal - noise. Doug outside barking on the westside of the street. Dog is outside barking, but no one is answering the door. Air temperature is three degrees. Windchill is 21 below with 34 mph wind gusts. Animal warden notified. 01:40 hours. Officer returned to the scene to get the dog, but it had already been taken in.

12/22/2008	13751 Madison - McGinty's Achill Isle Pub	Damage  - noncriminal. Complainant states that a male just broke out one of the front windows. White male west on Madison. Written report.
12/22/2008	1691 Robinwood	Resisting arrest. Male who broke out the window is standing at the corner walking westbound talking on his cell phone. Male went northbound on Robinwood. 213 out with the male at 1691 Robinwood. Male arrested for intoxication and resisting. 04:03 hours. Written report.
12/22/2008	12005 Detroit - City Dwellers	Damage to property - misc. Window on door broken. Obtained a key and went into the store. Doesn't look like anyone got in. The door was resecured. Message left for the owners. They are responding.

12/22/2008	2017 Halstead	Disturbance. On Halstead, behind the school in a six family house. Parties are arguing. States it is the upper apartment that has an open window. Spoke to parties in apartment 7. They have their window open to regulate the heat and were just horse playing. They were advised.
12/22/2008	16300 Hilliard - Silvercoast Apts	Complaint - citizen. Male in the next building is harassing her. Going to apt. 49 to speak to the male. Civil matter over a newspaper subscription. Both advised.
12/22/2008	15201 Detroit - Elmwood	Disturbance. Unable to locate. Female is banging on the Complainant's car windows and screaming at her. Female is upset because the Complainant told her she was rude after she called an Alltel employee an inappropriate name. Employee gave the same account as the Complainant. He will call back if she returns. Unable to locate her vehicle.
12/22/2008	1299 Cove	Disturbance. Complainant stated that one of his neighbors punched him. Complainant just wanted it noted. Listed male was advised.
12/22/2008	13348 Madison - Alternative Hair Salon	Motor vehicle accident - hit-skip. Female's vehicle was hit-skipped sometime last night.
12/22/2008	1510 Newman - Skyview Manor Apts	Disturbance. Apt. 303. Male states two black males came to his door claiming they were from the gas company. They were asking him questions even though he told them multiple times he wasn't interested. Male is new to the city. He was advised of the ordinance and will be cited next time for not having a permit.
12/22/2008	12301 Madison - Corner Pub	Complaint - citizen. Black male soliciting in the bar. 212 out with the male. Male was advised. He is not allowed back at the bar. 18:19 hours.

12/22/2008	13468 Clifton	Disturbance - unwanted guest. Apt. 205. Complainant stated that there is a female in her apartment that she asked to leave for the night. Female left for the night.
12/22/2008	2090 Bunts	Complaint - citizen. Vehicle is entered stolen out of Cleveland. The female's ex returned it to her residence. Was an unauthorized use. Cleveland police advised.
12/22/2008	16200 Madison - Northland Plaza	Complaint - citizen. Female sleeping in her vehicle in the Northland Plaza. Female waiting for her friend to get out of work. Advised.
12/22/2008	1305 Ramona	Suspicion. Vehicle is parked outside her house. Occupied by several parties. They did the same thing last night. Female has no idea who it may be. Parties were just talking. They were advised of the Complainant and are leaving.
12/22/2008	2248 Warren	Personal welfare check. Claims his mother stated she wanted to harm herself. Female is fine. She only said that because they were arguing. She doesn't want him living there anymore. She was advised of the eviction process.

12/22/2008	1630 Hopkins	Disturbance. Up. Male and female fighting. Minor altercation with stepbrothers that live up and down. Neither wish to have any further police involvement.
12/22/2008	1302 Cove - Cove Park	Complaint - citizen. SUV in the parking lot running with its lights off. Someone is inside of the vehicle. Boyfriend and girlfriend were talking in the car. They were advised and are now going home.
12/23/2008	2011 Lark	Disturbance. Above apt. 6. Male and female fighting. Apt. 7. No one was fighting. They were on the phone arguing with her father. They hung up on him.

12/23/2008	1607 Winchester	Disturbance. Female is hysterical saying there is a male there who is going to harm her. Male and female had a verbal argument. No threats were made and they are going to stay away from each other for the night.
12/23/2008	1609 Lakewood	Notification. Apt. 1. Female stated that apt. 5 is vacant and has water flooding into her apartment. Nick from water notified.
12/23/2008	1607 Winchester	Disturbance. Verbal argument. Female was gong prior to arrival. Will call back if there are further problems.
12/23/2008	2070 Richland	Disturbance - noise. Five houses north and across the street. Parties outside being loud. Parties were outside smoking. They were advised and are going inside.
12/23/2008	2070 Richland	Disorderly conduct. Citation issued. One house south. People yelling and fighting. No one would answer the door. Male arrested for disorderly conduct. He was part of the problem. 03:46 hours.

12/23/2008	2122 Clarence	General assistance. Would like us to standby while the gas company shuts off the gas to the downstairs residence. The Complainant is the old tenant and the gas is still in his name. The landlord has been making it hard to get the gas shut off. Gas was shut off.

12/23/2008	16300 Hilliard - Silvercoast Apts	Disturbance. Male that lives in another apartment threatened the Complainant as the store today. Unable to locate he male. Male was told yesterday to stay away from the Complainant. Officers will keep an eye out for him and advise him again. He lives in apt. 49.

12/23/2008	14206 Detroit - Get Go	Petty theft - gasoline. $20 Drive off. Complainant called the owner of the vehicle and they keep hanging up on her. Language barrier between the party and the officer. Someone came to translate and they are going to pay for the gas. All were advised.

12/23/2008	2166 Waterbury	Personal welfare check. Up. Complainant called requesting a welfare check on her 7-year-old step-daughter who lives at this residence with her mother. They sent a box containing gifts to the residence, but they do not know there person that signed for the box. Just want to make sure the child is okay. Both parties at residence have an ongoing civil matter. Advised.

12/23/2008	11700 Lake - West 117th	Complaint - citizen. Elderly male slipped and fell on the ice. Male had a few drinks according to the female. He made it to his building and is fine now. All happened in Cleveland.
12/23/2008	11712 Franklin - West 117th	Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Heavy set white female jumping in and out of traffic possibly trying to harm herself. 17:45 hours.
12/23/2008	2073 Olive	Complaint - citizen. Came home and stuff is scattered all around her living room. Two squirrels found their way into the house and are now hiding in the basement. Parties advised to contact private animal control service.
12/23/2008	12307 Plover	Disturbance. Apt. 3. Party refusing to leave. Civil matter between Complainant and her nephew. He has some psychiatric problems. She does not want him there. She was advised to call back if the problem persists.
12/23/2008	1691 Robinwood	Disturbance. Front door. Female yelling. Female in apt. 306 is speaking gibberish and is going to the hospital for an evaluation. Female was transported to the ER. Female has psychiatric problems. Medical assist only.

12/23/2008	18228 Sloane - McDonalds	Motor vehicle accident - general. Male slide and hit the fence. Male called back. He is taking his daughter to the ER and will come to the front counter to make a report. 19:07 hours. There were about 15 motor vehicle accidents and three hit-skip incidents reported in the hours after freezing rain passed through the area. At the request of ODOT, Lakewood shut down the on-ramps to I-90. The intersection of Detroit and Riverside was the site of an accident that involved at least one dozen vehicles.
