12/20/2008 1583 Larchmont Disturbance. Up. Complainant stated that her 16-year-old son is out of control and is causing problems. Two brothers were in a heated argument. One left with his dad. The other will stay for the night.
12/20/2008 1215 Webb Driving under the influence. Vehicle hit parked car. Male arrested for DUI. 00:28 hours
12/20/2008 2152 Waterbury Disturbance. Unable to locate. Three white males in the middle of the street fighting.
12/20/2008 18645 Detroit - Mayfair Apts Disturbance - noise. 302 loud music. Moderately loud female was advised. 01:20 hours.
12/20/2008 2173 Waterbury Arrest via telecommunication. Complainant stated that his friend is intoxicated and beat him up. The friend is now in a house across the street. When asked what course of action he wanted to take, he became quite belligerent and uncooperative. Advised. Back out to speak with the other male. 01:10 hours.
12/20/2008 18605 Detroit - Harry Buffalo Disturbance. Complainant would like to speak with an officer about an altercation he got into with another male in the bar. 01:28 hours. Written report.
12/20/2008 1368 Thoreau Complaint - citizen. Complainant's 14-year-old daughter did not return home after school. She believes she might be at friend's house on Chesterland. Checked 2084 Chesterland. Female was not there. Female was at 2248 Warren. She was picked-up and returned home.
12/20/2008 18865 Detroit  Disorderly conduct. Citation issued. Complainant states that male is knocking on her door and threatening her. She doesn't know him. Male arrested for intoxication and on a Lakewood warrant. 02:04 hours.
12/20/2008 13989 Franklin Disturbance - unwanted guest. Complainant states that her ex-friend was at her residence trying to get in. He threw snowballs at her house after she wouldn't let him in. He is now walking north on Bunts. Out with the male at 1501 Bunts. Verbal argument between boyfriend and girlfriend. Male is going to stay with his mother for the night.
12/20/2008 1531 Warren Disturbance - noise. Up. Loud party. Music loud on arrival. Male advised. 02:47 hours.
12/20/2008 1461 Bunts Suspicion. Unable to locate. Black male was in the Complainant's backyard. She believes he may have been trying to get into her house. No indications there was anyone in the backyard. Female is a possible mental health consumer.
12/20/2008 1406 West Clifton - Wessex Apts Assist - rescue squad. Complainant stated that she wanted to kill herself and she think she is having a panic attack. Female has not done anything to harm herself. She just wants to go to the hospital to speak with someone.
12/20/2008 1314 Cove - Railroad Tracks General assistance. Out with a vehicle listed as stolen from North Olmsted. Male driving the vehicle. North Olmsted police are responding to pick-up the male. Listed owner picked-up the vehicle. 05:12 hours. Written report.

12/20/2008 2212 Clarence Complaint - citizen. Gone on arrival. Clothes and a book bag in the front yard. Clothes appear to still have tags on them. There appeared to be a disturbance between male and female at the stop sign and he threw out a book bag with clothes. They returned and retrieved the clothing prior to the officer's arrival.

12/20/2008 11800 Madison - Hertz Rent-A-Car Complaint - citizen. Gone on arrival. Young white male looks like a he has a mental disorder. Not dressed for the weather. Urinated in front of the business. 
12/20/2008 1619 Clarence Suspicion. Vacant home. Three white males, possibly juveniles, went into the house. Three adult males left in a white SUV. Doors are locked and everything appears intact. Possibly a realtor.

12/20/2008 2019 Quail Disturbance - noise. Female in apartment one keeps banging on the Complainant's door and screaming at her to be quiet. Complainant has a two-year-old and 4-year-old child that are playing and states they're not being overly loud. Other party did not answer the door. Complainant was advised.
12/20/2008 1579 Ridgewood General assistance. Complainant said her 14-year-old son has mental issues and he is out of control damaging the house. She is requesting an officer's assistance to help get him under control. Male was upset about something. He has calmed down and everyone is okay now. Advised.

12/20/2008 1248 Cook Disturbance - noise. Third floor resident keeps jumping up and down on the floor. Spoke with both tenants. Third floor denies any wrong doing. The Complainant was advised to call her landlord.
12/20/2008 11716 Detroit - West 117th Complaint - citizen. Gone on arrival. Cleveland police called and said they received a call about an unknown male running in and out of traffic.
12/20/2008 2063 Chesterland Complaint - citizen. 45-year-old son with some psychiatric issues is there causing a disturbance. The female is unsure how he keeps getting in her house. Disagreement over the key to the house. Male lives there, but handed the key over to mom. They were advised.
12/20/2008 14815 Madison - Walgreens Complaint - citizen. Male in the store stating he was just released from the hospital and has no way home. Male has a bloody towel wrapped around his arm. He has been there for two hours. Male has a bus pass and wanted to know the schedule. He was advised.
12/20/2008 14000 Detroit - Bunts Complaint - citizen. Four occupants throwing snowballs at other vehicles. Vehicle was driving eastbound on Detroit and went northbound on Manor Park. Stopped the resident and advised the owner of the vehicle about the complaint. He is going to contact his son and handle it.

12/20/2008 14305 Cedarwood Disturbance. Down. Two males fighting. Spoke with the males inside. They denied arguing. Advised.
12/20/2008 2040 Magee Complaint - citizen. Complainant said she received a call from a female who lives at 2040 Magee, apt. up. She said her boyfriend is there and she wants him to leave. Everything checks okay. They don't appear to be fighting. Advised.
12/20/2008 12400 Madison - Fedor Manor Apts Suspicion. Gone on arrival. Black male was pressing all of the apartment numbers trying to get into the building.
12/20/2008 11706 Clifton - CVS Pharmacy Complaint - citizen. Black male was just in the storey and stole candy that a customer saw him put in his pocket. Male is eastbound on West 117th. Unable to locate the male. They are not sure he actually took anything.
12/20/2008 1223 Webb Disturbance - noise. Loud music second floor. Quiet on arrival. No answer at the door.
12/20/2008 1265 Cove Disturbance. Citation issued. Female who received a parking ticket came to the Complainant's house yelling at him for calling the police. She seems to be highly intoxicated. 23:52 hours. 215 out with a vehicle on Arliss.
12/21/2008 11790 Madison - Burger King Disorderly conduct. Citation issued. Male at the restaurant that is intoxicated and looks like he was involved in a fight. Male arrested for disorderly conduct. 00:09 hours.
12/21/2008 2222 Eldred Disturbance - noise. Down. Loud party. Quiet on arrival. Advised of the complaint.
12/21/2008 15527 Madison - Old Stand Disorderly conduct. Citation issued. Fight inside the bar. Male was cited for intoxication and released to a sober party. He broke some items in the bar and will return tomorrow to pay.
12/21/2008 1421 Waterbury Disorderly conduct. Citation issued. Male and female arguing out front. Male and female arrested for disorderly conduct. 00:36 hours.
12/21/2008 2122 Warren Assist - rescue squad. Complainant would like us to check on his son, who made some suicidal comments tonight and is no longer answering his phone. Male is going to the hospital.

12/21/2008 1537 Wagar Disturbance. People in the middle of the street screaming. Parties live at 1585 Wagar. They were being a little loud on their way home. Advised.

12/21/2008 1630 Waterbury Criminal damaging. Complainant states that his roommate's boyfriend just broke two windows in the door and left north on Waterbury in a silver Toyota. 04:14 hours.

12/21/2008 I-90 West - Bunts Driving under suspension. Vehicle towed to Kufner. 215 transporting male to Lakewood and Detroit. Male dropped off at 1381 Lakewood.
12/21/2008 1382 Clarence - Clarence House Apts Disturbance - noise. Loud music. Apt. 11. 11 was loud and it was turned off. Nobody answered the door. No name on the mailbox.
12/21/2008 1296 French Suspicion. House is vacant and there is a truck in the driveway. Parties are there from the mortgage company to winterize the home.
12/21/2008 1248 Cook Disturbance. Third floor. Parties arguing. Windows broken out. Civil matter. Complainant advised and she will speak with the landlady who lives in the house also.
12/21/2008 11820 Edgewater - Berkshire Condominiums Complaint - citizen. Bi-polar male painter working for the property owner got confused and opened the wrong door. He thought it was the compactor room and is one door east of the Complainant.
12/21/2008 1480 Warren - Kirtland House Apts Complaint - citizen. Apt. 205. 12-year-old female receiving text messages from a 40-year-old male asking her for a date. Messages asked, "What is your address, so I can send you a Christmas card." and "Is this Pat's phone?" Spoke to the male who clearly sent the messages to the wrong phone. Advised.
12/21/2008 1430 West 117th - McDonalds Complaint - citizen. His bike was stolen out of Cleveland and is chained to a pole. Male retrieved his bike.
12/21/2008 1291 Beach Complaint - citizen. Tires were slashed last night. Spoke with the Complainant who had parked her car on Clifton Prado and had two flat front tires. Complainant just wanted to speak to an officer about it. She did not want a report.

12/21/2008 2289 Ogontz Animal - miscellaneous. One north. Dogs left outside all day. They are barking. Complainant concerned for their safety due to the cold weather. Dogs are fine. They are inside now. Owner states they were only out for about a half hour. They are large husky type dogs that like the outside weather. Owner was advised.
12/21/2008 14997 Madison - Lakewood Barber Shop Complaint - citizen. Large window is blowing open and glass is falling onto the sidewalk. Owner advised and is responding to take care of the problem.

12/21/2008 1280 Virginia Disturbance. Husband yelled for his wife to take their child and get upstairs because someone was trying to get into the house. Civil matter between Complainant's husband, parents and sister. The sister and mother are there to pick-up a washer. They were all advised. 17:22 hours.

12/21/2008 1445 Maile Suspicion. Complainant would like us to check on a house across the street. He saw a female go inside that he doesn’t think lives there. Female was visiting from out of town and was at the wrong residence. She is at the right house now and was advised.
