12/15/2008	14519 Detroit - Lakewood Hospital	Disturbance. Female on Bell. Hospital security trying to get female psych patient. Female is southbound on St. Charles in a hospital gown. Out with the female at St. Charles and Madison. Female being transported back to the hospital. Female returned to hospital voluntarily. She said she was upset because she did not want to be admitted against her will. She walked away from hospital security. Nobody was injured.

12/15/2008	2177 Elbur	Civil matter. Neighbors to the south threatened the Complainant's friend last night. Neighbor had a misunderstanding with the Complainant's friend. He mistook her for a male who caused a problem in the neighborhood two nights previous.

12/15/2008	13002 Madison - Staff Inc.	Citizen - complaint. Left her cell phone in her car to charge, and now it is missing. Complainant said she saw a group of juveniles around her car, so it is possible they took it.
12/15/2008	13321 Madison - Bella Dubby	Special attention. Received a call from a male who does stand-up comedy at the business. He thinks another male who has emotional problems may show-up and cause problems tonight around 20:30 hours.
12/15/2008	17801 Detroit - Beck Center	E911 welfare check. 911 open line. Found a phone off the hook in the armory where they are having a childrens party.
12/15/2008	16408 Madison	General assistance. Meet female. She is the owner of the property and received a call from a tenant who states that about two weeks ago he heard someone in apt. 9, which is vacant. She would like an officer to standby with her while she goes inside to check the apartment. No damage and no sign of anyone being in the apartment.
12/15/2008	2094 Brown	Suspicion. House is vacant and a vehicle pulled up and parties got out and are shining flashlights on the house. Now parties are in the house. Realtor showing the home. Advised.

12/15/2008	12810 Detroit - Lake West Apts	Robbery. Apt. 15. Two black males wearing dark jeans. One had on a black hoodie. The other had on a tassel hat. Complainant does not know if they had any weapons. He said one male held him as the other went through his pockets. Unknown direction of travel. Male has mental health issues. His friend advised that he picked him up at a bar in Cleveland and he told him he was robbed in Cleveland. Male was advised to contact Cleveland Police.
12/15/2008	12214 Detroit - Baker Motors	Citizen - complaint. Complainant is there to repo a Bakers truck and parties won't give him the truck. They are stating that they have to call the owner of the company and the Complainant has the paperwork.
12/15/2008	1248 Cook	Disturbance. Upstairs. Parties arguing. Quiet on arrival. Resident thinks that her neighbor is trying to get her into trouble. Advised.
12/15/2008	1248 Cook	Disturbance - noise. Third floor Complainant sated that the people from the second floor are banging on her door and yelling. No banging or yelling on arrival. Down neighbor denied doing anything. Both advised.
12/15/2008	1673 Bunts	Disturbance. Downstairs. Male and female physically fighting. Verbal argument between boyfriend and girlfriend. Boyfriend left for the night.
12/15/2008	1356 Edwards	Citizen - complaint. Complainant filed a domestic violence report earlier and was told to call if her boyfriend returned. He is at home now. 23:40 hours. 203 advised that the male is in custody. Male arrested for domestic violence.
