11/24/2008 12201 Detroit - Winchester Driving under the influence. Male arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence. Female arrested for state drug law. Vehicle towed to Kufner. 01:31 hours.
11/24/2008 12201 Detroit - Winchester Dangerous drugs. Female passenger from the DUI arrest was also arrested for dangerous drugs. Written report.
11/24/2008 2120 Robin Assault. Female states she was assaulted by her boyfriend. 03:35 hours.
11/24/2008 1382 Clarence - Clarence House Apts Complainant - citizen. Third floor. Male leaving for work stated that there is a male in the building loitering in the hall. Complainant doesn't think he lives there. Black male wearing a backpack. Male was staying in the building with friends. He was waiting for the bus and trying to keep warm. Advised and sent on his way.

11/24/2008 1552 Wyandotte - Franklin Motor vehicle accident - injury. Car ran over a female's foot. 07:55 hours.
11/24/2008 12409 Madison - Lakewood Home Furnishings Suspicion. Business looks like it was broken into last night. Fan in the window was blowing the curtains. Business was not broken into.

11/24/2008 12700 Lake - Winton Place Condominiums Complainant - citizen. Elderly female in the lobby refusing to leave. Female transported to the ER.

11/24/2008 2019 Lakeland Complainant - citizen. Receiving threatening phone calls. 13-year-old daughter is having problems with other students at school. School and parents were advised. 
11/24/2008 1443 Hopkins Motor vehicle accident - hit-skip. Complainant saw a silver Cavalier hit a parked vehicle and continue on the street. Vehicle then went northbound on Hird and then westbound on Clifton. 210 out with the vehicle at the Days Inn.
11/24/2008 1487 Mars Motor vehicle accident - hit-skip. Vehicle hit-skipped. Complainant is at the front window now.
11/24/2008 14900 Edgewater - Abbieshire Suspicion. Party sitting in listed vehicle for past hour. Vehicle is unoccupied and no one is around.
11/24/2008 14650 Detroit - Lakewood Center West Theft. Purse stolen from the Complainant's office sometime this morning.

11/24/2008 13919 Lake Disturbance. Third party call. Complainant's bi-polar brother is at the house causing problems and fighting with his sister. Male left prior to officer's arrival. Advised to call back if he returns.

11/24/2008 12800 Madison - Alameda Driving under suspension. Male also arrested for driving under suspension. Towed to Kufner.
11/24/2008 14833 Detroit - Boston Market Suspicion. Black male wearing a winter coat with a fur hood and a black bag went into two different vehicles parked in the parking lot. Male was last seen walking towards Key Bank. Delivery truck driver said the suspect was the driver of the vehicle and was not breaking into vehicles.
11/24/2008 14800 Madison - Warren Suspicion. Suspicious black female got into the listed vehicle. Complainant said she looked at him several times, which she thought was strange.  Physical matches vehicle owner.
11/24/2008 1265 Elbur - Merl Driving under suspension. Male arrested. Vehicle towed to Kufner.
11/24/2008 11700 Clifton - West 117th Dangerous drugs. Male arrested for drug paraphernalia and a warrant. 15:22 hours. Written report.
11/24/2008 1253 Cranford Complainant - citizen. Complainant stated his ex-girlfriend in Mississippi used his ATM card. Complainant stated he wanted it documented and will file a criminal report in Mississippi.
11/24/2008 2111 Wascana - Athens Complainant - citizen. Complainant stated there is a group of about eight high school aged males standing on the corner. Complainant said they're all wearing baggy pants, hoodies and baseball hats. Complainant thinks they are suspicious because they're standing on the corner. Group was going in and out of 2112 on arrival.
11/24/2008 1267 Clifton Prado Complainant - citizen. Down. Female would like to speak to an officer about a problem she had the other night. Female had a basement window broken out by and unknown means. Female just wanted the incident documented.
11/24/2008 2103 Wyandotte Complainant - citizen. Down. Female would like to speak to an officer about problems she is having with her ex-husband. Male and female were both strongly advised  to have no contact with each other at all. Male is listed in the person file.
11/24/2008 16511 Detroit - United Dairy Farmers Disturbance. Complainant stated an intoxicated heavy set white female with short brown hair came into the store and attempted to buy some beer. When the Complainant told her she didn't have enough money, the subject threatened her. The female left and is now in front of the mini-mart. Female was located at Edwards Park. She wasn't intoxicated and was advised to leave the clerks alone.
11/24/2008 1384 Clarence - Clarence House Apts Complainant - citizen. Second floor. Possibly apt. 5. Parties shooting a bb gun at people as they walk by. Spoke with apt. 5 and apt. 9. Both denied any involvement. Advised.
11/24/2008 1290 Webb - Railroad tracks Complainant - citizen. Semi stuck on the tracks. Norfolk and Southern notified at 17:21 hours. Truck freed and made it down to Clifton. Norfolk and Southern was advised.
11/24/2008 1306 Belle Complainant - citizen. Complainant said his landlord changed his locks without any notice. Unable to get a hold of the landlord. Complainant isn't sure why the locks were changed and will find another way into the house.
11/24/2008 1368 Thoreau Complainant - citizen. Complainant came to the front counter stating that her mother was refusing to let her into the house because she came home late. Mom let the Complainant back in. She was upset because she skipped school today.
11/24/2008 14614 Garfield Special attention. Would like to speak to an officer regarding a party who has been throwing fireworks at his house since August. Complainant would like special attention between 23:00 hours and 00:00 hours.
11/24/2008 15425 Detroit - Lakewood Public Library Petty theft - bicycle. Complainant's son's bike was taken from the library within the last two hours. Complainant and her son are at home now.
11/24/2008 11700 Berea - West 117th Driving under suspension. Female also arrested on a Solon warrant. Vehicle released to a licensed driver.
11/24/2008 1557 Belle E911 welfare check. 911 hang-up. Busy on call back. Accidental.
11/24/2008 1587 Ridgewood Personal welfare check. Complainant is requesting we check the welfare of her 60-year-old ex-husband who lives in apt. 2. Complainant stated while she was talking to him, the phone suddenly dropped. She began yelling his name and he wouldn't answer. 20:08 hours. 212 held up by a westbound train. Male is fine. He accidentally dropped the phone.
11/24/2008 2196 Lakeland  Auto repossessed - from a male for Daimler Chrysler. 21:03 hours.
11/24/2008 12201 Franklin - Sam's Beverage Disturbance. Male in the store creating a disturbance. Out with the male at Hopkins at 21:08 hours. Male was advised not to return to the store. Employee was satisfied with that and did not wish to speak to an officer.
11/24/2008 2135 Mars Complainant - citizen. Down. Complainant would like to speak to an officer about her 14-year-old daughter. She got into an argument with her daughter and her daughter left the house. Out with a juvenile female at Warren and Madison at Walgreens. Officer will be transporting the female home. 21:22 hours.
11/24/2008 1477 Mars Personal welfare check. Male would like us to check the welfare of his friend. Complainant advised he was on the phone with her and she went upstairs to put her kids to bed. When she came back downstairs, her back door was open and the phone went dead. Complainant has called numerous times and there hasn't been a response. Female is fine and she will call the male back.
11/24/2008 1551 Lakeland Complainant - citizen. Complainant is receiving harassing phone calls from Jennifer Joslyn and her boyfriend. Complainant doesn't actually know who is calling her and is going to get her number changed.
11/24/2008 15640 Madison - Madison Square Medical Building Complainant - citizen. Unable to locate. White male is throwing rocks at the windows on the eastside of the building. 
11/24/2008 2019 Lakeland Disturbance. Parties fighting in the parking lot. Verbal. Parties left for the evening.
11/24/2008 West 117th - Carbon Traffic stop. Citation issued. Male didn't have a license. Vehicle released to licensed driver.
11/24/2008 1327 Bonnieview - Oak Tree Manor Apts Disturbance. Party giving Baker's driver a hard time.
11/25/2008 11813 Clifton Suspicion. Complainant thinks that someone is at her back door. Checked the area. No one around. Complainant would just like special attention on the area.
11/25/2008 17231 Lake Disorderly conduct. 25-year-old white male. Out of control. Possibly intoxicated. Male arrested for disorderly conduct. 00:24 hours.
11/25/2008 14900 Detroit - Cook Personal welfare check. Unable to locate. CECOMS has a female on the line that is not saying anything. The cell phone towers show that she might be on Gladys or Cook. Checked the area. Unable to locate.
11/25/2008 1531 Winchester Disturbance - noise. Loud music. Not loud on arrival. Advised.
11/25/2008 12055 Edgewater Animal - noise. Apt. 305. Dog barking. Small dog making a lot of noise. No one home at this time. Animal warden notified. 01:49 hours.
11/25/2008 13511 Detroit - Parkway Arms Apts Disturbance - noise. Apt. B9. Male stomping on the floor. Spoke to residents in A9 and B9 and did not witness any stomping. Advised.
11/25/2008 2192 Lincoln Animal - noise. Three houses south of Garfield. Dog out on the porch. Barking. Owner brought the dog inside. 03:19 hours.

11/25/2008 1431 Rosewood Complaint - citizen. Complainant's daughter's boyfriend made threats about burning down their house. Girlfriend just wanted the male advised.
11/25/2008 1422 Belle - South Belle Garage Complaint - citizen. Would like assistance in locating her 9-year-old daughter. Daughter had a temper tantrum and ran off because she was not allowed to go to the roof and play in the snow. Complainant called back. She found her daughter.

11/25/2008 2182 Waterbury E911 welfare check. 911 hang-up. On call back, the line was disconnected. Complainant was upset that neighbors were banging on her door. Female is a possible consumer. No one was home next door.
11/25/2008 11915 Franklin Disturbance. S3 asking for LPD. Female flagged them down stating that her father is threatening her and possibly has knife. S3 stated the male has a knife and is in the house alone. Male in custody. 206 requesting an animal warden. Written report. 13:32 hours.

11/25/2008 11900 Detroit - Discount Drug Mart Disturbance. Female in the pharmacy yelling at the pharmacist about her prescription. White female advised not to return.

11/25/2008 11813 Clifton Suspicion. Complainant has been receiving hang-up phone calls on her cell phone while she is at home. Complainant called this morning at 00:17 hours for a suspicious person in the backyard and possibly on the front porch. Officers checked the area and did not see anyone.

11/25/2008 2129 Woodward Suspicion. House is vacant. Complainant saw a male with a very large ladder putting it up to the house and the male had a flash light. Open front door. House is secure.

11/25/2008 2099 Lark Civil matter. Complainant states that his sister lives in apt. 2. While he was gone, she came over and took his car and is refusing to give it back. Complainant was advised that this is a civil matter between he and his sister.
11/25/2008 16707 Clifton Personal welfare check. Apt. 2. Male would like officers to check on his sister. She is currently living with her boyfriend, whom she is in the process of evicting. Officers spoke with the female. She said she was fine and would call if she had any problems.
