11/20/2008 2069 Reveley Suspicion. Complainant states that it sounded like someone was at her back door. Checks okay. No one in the area.
11/20/2008 11720 Edgewater - Edgewater Towers Complaint - citizen. Male just got home and noticed someone hit his car. Incident happened while the Complainant was at work at the Cleveland Clinic. He was advised.
11/20/2008 16165 Hilliard - Seven Eleven Complaint - citizen. Intoxicated Hispanic male sitting outside the store. Male was given a ride home.
11/20/2008 1633 Bunts Auto repossessed - from a female for Ford Motor Credit.
11/20/2008 12405 Franklin - Ridgewood Complaint - citizen. White female tried to flag Complainant's vehicle down. Out with male and female at Sam's Beverage. They just need directions. Will be giving the female and her son a ride to RTA station at West 117th - Madison. Parties dropped off.
11/20/2008 1665 Victoria Auto repossessed - from a female for Americredit.
11/20/2008 1450 Waterbury Suspicion - vehicle. Gone on arrival. Parked half in the drive and half in the street. It is running and the Complainant would like us to check on it.
11/20/2008 1434 Newman Disturbance. 911 hang-up. Could hear someone crying and someone yelling in the background. Voluntarily with the squad to speak with someone.
11/20/2008 1362 Bonnieview Disturbance. Complainant stated she was just beat-up by a black male. Last seen in the area of UDF. 207 out with the male at Detroit and Ethel. Complainant stated she does not want medical attention. Complainant wasn't very cooperative. Verbal between boyfriend and girlfriend. Male left.
11/20/2008 17910 Crest - Wayne Animal - noise. Unable to locate. On Wayne about four houses north of Crest Lane. Barking dog.
11/20/2008 Wyandotte Felon registration. Subject is in violation of the Ohio revised code. He is within 1,000 feet of St. Edwards High School. He must move within 30 days and notify the sheriff's department of his new address. No house address provided.
11/20/2008 12518 Detroit Felon registration. Apt. 1. He is in violation of the Ohio revised code. Male is within 1,000 feet of Garfield Middle School and must move within 30 days. Dominic Maldonado must notify the sheriff's department of his new address.
11/20/2008 1346 Webb Arson. Report for arson fire on 11/2/2008 at 01:39 hours. Written report. 
11/20/2008 13300 Madison - Clarence Suspicion. Parked on the southeast corner of Clarence in a black van. Complainant thinks there are two older girls in it. Parties are in their 20s. They are in a band and are sleeping before they hit the road back to Maine. Office will check on them again.
11/20/2008 11701 Madison - West 117th Driving under suspension. Also has expired plates. Towed to Kufner.
11/20/2008 1482 Victoria General assistance. Would like officers to standby while she retrieves her property. Retrieved some items and will probably have to come back again at a later time.

11/20/2008 15401 Detroit - Mars Complaint - citizen. Would like special attention to speeders on Mars between Hilliard and Detroit and for drivers not paying attention to people in the crosswalk at Detroit when they make a left.
11/20/2008 14861 Detroit - Marc's Motor vehicle accident - hit-skip. Party at the front counter reporting that his vehicle was hit-skipped today while parked at the City Center.
11/20/2008 15649 Madison - Lakewood Tavern Supply Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Two white juvenile males were fighting outside the Complainant's business. When he tried to break it up, they started yelling at him and one claimed he had a gun. They are walking westbound.
11/20/2008 1484 Rockway Notification. Temporary protection order issued.
11/20/2008 14100 Franklin - Lakewood High School Dangerous drugs. See separate. 14:57 hours.
11/20/2008 11733 Lake Burglary. Computer equipment and other items taken. 
11/20/2008 1428 Northland Complaint - citizen. Neighbors at 1431 Northland told the Complainant that she is not permitted in front of their house any longer on the public street. She is concerned that they may do something to her vehicle because they have done things to other vehicles in the past. She just wants it documented in case something happens.
11/20/2008 1290 Hall Identity theft. Someone was using her debit card number online.
11/20/2008 1600 West 117th - Aldi's Theft. Male walked out with an entire car of groceries. Written report. 
11/20/2008 13109 Franklin - Cohassett Robbery. Female stated she was robbed by a black male. She was walking with an envelope full of money and checks. Male grabbed the envelope out of her hand and ran southbound on Cohassett. 16:10 hours.
11/20/2008 12611 Franklin - Lakewood Sexual assault. Parties came to the front counter to report a sexual assault. 16:30 hours.
11/20/2008 1233 Granger Special attention. Down. Female requesting special attention to the residence. She woke-up this morning and found a basement window open. She called her landlord who advised her it could have been the wind. The Complainant would feel better if an officer would drive past through out the night.

11/20/2008 1265 Cranford General assistance. Would like an officer to standby while he retrieves some property.
11/20/2008 1349 Sloane Property - impound. Found used drug needles.
11/20/2008 2134 Clarence Disturbance. 21-year-old bi-polar daughter causing a disturbance. Everyone is calm now and they think it may be an issue with her medication. They will talk to the doctor tomorrow.
11/20/2008 15400 Hilliard - Mars Driving under suspension. Female arrested. Vehicle released to a licensed driver.
11/20/2008 14902 Clifton - Cook Suspicion. Male in all black standing near the bus stop dancing and acting strange. States he was also hitting the bus stop sign like he was trying to knock it down. Male is waiting for a friend. He states he was trying to straighten the pole. He was advised.
11/20/2008 2176 Richland Information - juvenile. Complainant's 13-year-old daughter having inappropriate e-mail conversations with an adult male. Written report.

11/20/2008 1261 Fry Complaint - heat. Complaint of no heat in the apartment. Male was not familiar with the use of the heater. He was advised and heat is working now.
11/21/2008 15625 Detroit - Bar 2 Disturbance - noise. Loud music. Not loud upon arrival. Advised and they are turning it down some.
11/21/2008 11729 Detroit - Hi-Fi Disturbance. Large group outside fighting. Complainant stated at leate one male had a gun. Related to Walgreens incident.
11/21/2008 11701 Detroit - Walgreens Liquor - Underage purchase. Out with group, checking on them. Possibly involved in incident at Hi-Fi. Male arrested on a Lakewood warrant. Two others cited and released. 00:49 hours.
11/21/2008 12400 Madison - Fedor Manor Apts Complaint - citizen. White female loitering in the lobby and asking residents for money. Elderly female was visiting a friend and needed money for a cup of tea. She was advised and is back in her friend's apartment.
11/21/2008 2023 Quail Disturbance - noise. Apt. 4. Loud music. Radio was slightly loud upon arrival. Male was advised and will turn it down.
11/21/2008 13235 Franklin - Grace Curfew. Female arrested for curfew. Vehicle towed to Kufner. 01:55 hours.
11/21/2008 1423 Owego Suspicion. White male in a black coat standing in the driveway. Complainant doesn't know who the male is and he appears intoxicated. Male was visiting a friend and is going inside now.
11/21/2008 2127 Quail Disturbance. Upstairs. Male and female arguing. Argument between husband and wife. Husband is going to sleep in another room. Advised.
11/21/2008 16918 Detroit - McCarthy's Ale House Disturbance. Party refusing to leave. Verbal argument between husband and wife. They are going their separate ways for the night. Advised.
11/21/2008 1324 Granger - Railroad Tracks Driving under the influence. Male arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI) and a warrant. Vehicle towed to Kufner. 02:29 hours. 
11/21/2008 14623 Leonard Arrest via telecommunication. Upstairs. Female stated that her boyfriend beat her up. Male left on foot toward Warren. White male arrested at 2255 Warren on warrant. Spoke with the female and she just wanted him to leave for the night. Advised. Male released to the Berea police department. 03:45 hours.
11/21/2008 1350 Ethel Disturbance. Downstairs. Female arguing with the male and she took a handful of pills. Squad did not transport. No cause. Female denied taking pills. Male is going to leave and go to a friend's house.
11/21/2008 1335 Cove - Cove Apts Disturbance. In the parking lot, male and female arguing. Female is at the tracks. Male left eastbound through the yards with the female's keys.
11/21/2008 1640 Westwood Petty theft. Female in a black van stated that her ex-husband took her purse. White male located at Seven-Eleven and arrested. 06:48 hours.
11/21/2008 11801 Detroit - Coutant Motor vehicle accident - general. Motor vehicle accident involving a city vehicle. 07:42 hours.
11/21/2008 1368 Thoreau Complaint - citizen. Complainant just wanted it on record that her 14-year-old daughter left school today without permission.
11/21/2008 1558 Wagar Fleeing and eluding - felony. White male in his 20s in black jacket and gray pants with a hoodie. Northbound on Wager. Out with male at 1445. Male took off on foot at 09:32 hours. Westbound. Out with male at Edwards Park. Male in custody at 09:33 hours. Male arrested for fleeing and eluding and a warrant.
11/21/2008 2098 Lark Complaint - citizen. Found a laptop in the garbage. Complainant is in truck 407. Old computer. Thrown away.
11/21/2008 17796 Detroit - Webb Food Mart General assistance. Would like officers to stand-by while he picks-up a piece of equipment. Complainant was able to get Pepsi's equipment.

11/21/2008 14202 Lakewood Heights - Brown Suspicion. Northwest corner house. Two black males were at the side door acting suspicion. Males were friends of the homeowner. Male arrested on a Lakewood warrant. 13:41 hours.

11/21/2008 11720 Edgewater - Edgewater Towers Suspicion. Two males parked a vehicle and took the plates off of the vehicle and left. Complainant believes the vehicle may be stolen. White male and black male got into an older model vehicle . All checks out okay. Temp tag was purchased for the vehicle today.
11/21/2008 1324 Westlake - Railroad Tracks Suspicion. Unable to locate. North of the tracks on the westside of the street. Two car alarms were going off, and a male took off running westbound on the tracks.

11/21/2008 14312 Detroit - Westerly Apts Bldg 15 Complaint - citizen. Two books of stamps were taken off her counter while she was running errands. Believes it is someone that works there because there was no forced entry.

11/21/2008 17613 Detroit - Spring Garden Traffic stop. Out with a couple of juveniles. Mothers were spoke to and advised.
11/21/2008 2155 Elbur Complaint - citizen. Northbound on Elbur. Black male and white male came to the Complainant's door trying to get him to show them his AT&T bill. Out with males in front of 2167 Elbur. Advised.
11/21/2008 14100 Franklin - Lakewood High School Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Group of males drinking underneath the overhang. 
11/21/2008 1600 West 117th - Aldi's Theft in progress. Male that stole a cart full of groceries yesterday is in the store again filling up his cart. Hispanic male. Believe he has a red car that usually waits for him outside. 18:29 hours.

11/21/2008 14740 Lakewood Heights - Winterhurst Ice Rink Disturbance - noise. Can hear Winterhurst's music and it is disturbing him. Officers working there will take care of the problem.
11/21/2008 13201 Madison - Madison Park Disturbance - noise. Unable to locate. Under the pavilion. Parties being loud.
11/21/2008 16207 Detroit - Rite Aid Drug Store Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Complainant would like to speak with an officer regarding some juveniles throwing snowballs at cars. There was not damage. The Complainant just wanted the juveniles advised.
11/21/2008 12308 Plover - Lark Suspicion. Unable to locate. Heard what sounded like a gunshot from the area of Lake Erie Screw. Security guard in the area did not hear or see anything. Other parties in the area did not hear anything either.
11/21/2008 16706 Delaware - Eldred Motor vehicle accident - general. Female hit snow plow. Vehicle towed to Kufner. Female transported to the ER. 22:54 hours. 
11/21/2008 2186 Carabel Suspicion. White female and white male in resident's backyard. Parties went their to retrieve their cat. Resident advised.
11/21/2008 1306 Belle Disturbance. Complainant's 18-year-old son is there causing problems. Complainant wanted to speak with the male. Both were advised. 
11/21/2008 18900 Detroit - Lakewood Cliffs Apts Disturbance - noise. Apt. 718. Loud music. Complainant called back and advised the music was turned down.
11/21/2008 11720 Edgewater - Edgewater Towers Disturbance. Apt. 506. Parties fighting and throwing furniture. Husband and wife had a verbal argument. Husband left prior to arrival. Advised.
11/21/2008 2065 Elbur Disturbance. Complainant said his live-in girlfriend is intoxicated and causing problems. Complainant stated the female hit him in the face. Verbal. Male is going to leave for the evening.
