Complainant declined any medical treatment or further police involvement. Complainant was given a resource card and advised to counseling.

11/8/2008	14937 Lakewood Heights	Complaint - citizen. Gone one arrival. Female laying across the steering wheel. Another caller called and the vehicle is actually on Warren. The female is asleep in the truck with her dog. She was waiting for her friend to come.

Complainant stated about 90 minutes ago, he and his small children were raking leaves in the front yard when an older white male walked by and took pictures of his kids. When the Complainant asked what he was doing, he said he was working for the mayor and taking pictures of the city. Complainant now thinks it's suspicious. Party just wanted to talk with an officer. He will call if he sees the older male again.

Complainant feels they are too big to be on the equipment and that little kids are coming into the library stating the bigger kids pushed them. Spoke to the Complainant. Advised.

Vehicle pulled into the backyard at 17416 Woodford. Male arrested for hit-skip and operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI).

11/8/2008	12201 Franklin - Winchester	Robbery. Three black males just robbed a female of baby formula. They were kicking the victim in the head and left running southbound on Winchester. Victim stated she saw one of the suspects sitting on the sidewalk in front of the apartments just north of Mr. Hero on West 117th when she was walking to Walgreens to buy the formula. 19:09 hours. Written report.

11/8/2008	1673 Bunts	Disturbance. Down. Male and female arguing. Male pulled a knife on the female. No one was threatened with a knife. Male had a knife in his pocket and it fell out when the female grabbed. Male left for the evening.

11/9/2008	2112 Chesterland - Athens	General assistance. Complainant states that he was just robbed and followed the males to this location. The males are getting into a vehicle and going south on Bunts. Getting on I-90 east. Complainant is following the vehicle on the freeway. After speaking with the male, it was learned that this incident occurred at the Circle K in Cleveland. Female admitted that she tried to force entry to the apartment. No one else wanted to speak to officers. Female was deposited at a friend's house to avoid future problems. Advised.

11/9/2008	2169 Olive	Complaint - citizen. Back door window broken out. Residents wanted LPD aware that the glass was broken in the rear door window. Nothing missing and no further damage. No further police assistance needed. Damage was likely caused by upstairs resident at 2167 Olive - Lisa Verhun. Verhun is Section 8 and is rarely home. Verhun or her children have broken windows to access the home in the past. Verhun could not be located. Landlord is aware and is attempting eviction process through housing authority. 11:32 hours.

11/9/2008	11900 Edgewater - Imperial House	Civil matter. Apt. 108 has been broken into. Used as storage. Items missing. Civil matter over property that was secured by management after the death of a tenant. Complainant was friend of the deceased and left property in the deceased's lockers. Management advised they could have thrown out the property in September. They learned it was the Complainant and he was advised to get property out of suite 108, which was empty. No theft or break-in. Complainant advised to civil court.

11/9/2008	2106 Marlowe	Assist - rescue squad. Complainant received a text message from his friend five hours ago that said, "I'm killing myself." His last message to her was about 30 minutes ago telling her he was calling the police. She sent back, "Please don’t." Complainant said she lives in the downstairs of the house that's on the northwest corner of Athens and Marlowe. She drives the listed auto. Female denied wanted to harm herself. She went voluntarily with the squad.

11/9/2008	11701 Madison - West 117th	Motor vehicle accident - hit-skip. Complainant was hit-skipped by the listed auto. He followed car to Lincoln and Delaware. Car went northbound on Delaware, southbound on Warren and westbound on Lakewood Heights to Woodward. 22:37 hours. 214 out with the car at Woodward and North Marginal.
11/9/2008	1686 Wyandotte	Assist - rescue squad. Female keeps ringing everyone's door bell. White female was a mental health consumer. She was transported to Lakewood Hospital.
