10/25/2008 2073 Robin Complainant stated that he hears a male and a female fighting. Someone said, "Don't point that at me." and he believes they may have a gun. Verbal between residents. Male left prior to arrival.

10/25/2008 16918 Detroit - McCarthy's Ale House Disturbance. Fight in the parking lot. Male that was causing the problem is gone.
10/25/2008 2153 Carabel Curfew. Complainant stated that some juveniles were toilet papering her house. She caught one of the males and is in the yard with him. Written report. 01:53 hours.
10/25/2008 16819 Madison  Arrest via telecommunication. Apt. 1. Complainant stated that a male that she used to know is at her apartment. He was intoxicated and is now passed out. She does not want him there. Male arrested on a county warrant. 02:45 hours.
10/25/2008 1262 Westlake Disturbance. Complainant states that his neighbor is trying to get into his apartment. No problem at this time. All parties in their own apartments.
10/25/2008 15509 Madison - Dollar Bank Disturbance. Complainant stated that there is a group of parties fighting. Verbal argument. Advised.
10/25/2008 1333 Cove - Rock Cove Apts Disturbance. Unable to locate. Male and female out front fighting.
10/25/2008 1646 Lincoln  Disturbance - noise. Complainant states that her neighbors are moving and making a lot of noise. Quiet on arrival. Parties advised of the complaint.
10/25/2008 14206 Detroit - Get Go Complaint - citizen. Complainant states that a female came in and took a box of donuts. She is walking west on Detroit. Out with the female. She lives at Elbur House. Female was returned home and the donuts were returned.
10/25/2008 1295 Jackson Disturbance. Up. Male stated that the female in the apartment hit him in the head and split his head open. According to the family that was there, the male fell. His is now passed out because of alcohol. 04:48 hours.

10/25/2008 1456 Bunts Complaint - citizen. Says her 14-year-old son saw a male hanging around outside at around 05:00 hours and heard a noise that sounded like someone chopping wood. There was a white SUV and an older model vehicle in the area. Says parties ran off as a vehicle came down the street. Just wanted to make us aware.
10/25/2008 13897 Edgewater  Petty theft - from auto. GPS taken out of an unlocked vehicle parked in the drive. Complainant doesn't want a police report, but wants incident documented.
10/25/2008 14519 Detroit - Lakewood Hospital Suspicion. 3-year-old female in room 231, bed 2, tested positive for drugs. Complainant called 696-kids and they recommended calling the police. 10:04 hours. Written report.

10/25/2008 1447 Cordova - Winton Complaint - citizen. Two white juvenile males walking northbound with a baseball bat hitting pumpkins and trees.
10/25/2008 2221 Atkins Disturbance. Juvenile female is staying downstairs and the uncle is trying to take her. 14-year-old niece is on the way to the airport to travel to Florida to be with her mom who lives there.
10/25/2008 2182 Lakeland Suspicion. Two houses south. Foreclosed house and there is a moving truck in the driveway. House is being winterized for RDM Property Management, 6640 Engle Rd., Middleburg Hts. 440-625-3625. Building department notified.

10/25/2008 13468 Clifton Disturbance. Apt. 106. Black female walking around screaming she is going to kill someone because someone stole something from her son. Female in 106 is upset because a male in the building threw her 5-year-old son's jacket. The jacket had been left on a common stairwell. Her son left the jacket on the stairs. No altercation occurred with the unknown male. Female now calm. Advised of Complaint.
10/25/2008 2191 Atkins Disturbance. Complainant said her husband slapped her 16-year-old son and hit her also when she got in the middle of the two. Stepdad, mother and son all got into an argument. Some pushing was involved. Son left prior to arrival. Son spoken with and advised not get in between mom and stepdad during an argument. Mom said she would have a long talk with her son about this.

10/25/2008 1473 Rockway Disturbance. Complainant stated three males and a white female are arguing in the middle of the street. Complainant stated the female has a knife. Second called stated the female was trying to stab one of the males with a knife. Juvenile male arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting. 15:44 hours.
10/25/2008 1423 Lakewood Complaint - citizen. Complainant is moving in and she believes she found a stolen car radio that was left by the previous tenant. Radio was not listed as stolen. Complainant is going to talk with the landlord.
10/25/2008 1282 Hall Suspicion. House next door is in foreclosure and the back door is open. Transaction Realty is the owner and the agent's box is full. Neighbors will keep an eye on the house, but officers were unable to secure it. Transaction Realty is 221-8207 ext. 301. Building Department notified. 17:14 hours.
10/25/2008 12816 Franklin - Alameda Complaint - citizen. Complainant is a confidential informant and is the victim of intimidation. He said two of the suspect's friends just walked by the corner of Alameda and Franklin where's he standing and told the Complainant they were going to come-up on his porch. They left southbound on Cohassett. Two black males. Unable to locate. 17:37 hours.

10/25/2008 2062 Richland DOA - body found. Complainant is requesting we check the welfare of her 64-year-old friend. Complainant stated he suffers from heart problems and she hasn't been able to get in touch with him all day. Complainant is at his house now and  said his car is in the driveway. His TV is on and he won't answer the door. 226 held-up by a westbound train. 18:19 hours.
10/25/2008 11701 Madison - West 117th Complaint - citizen. Male was walking in the middle of West 117th and fell. Female believes he is intoxicated. Male is now sitting on the sidewalk. Male is now in Cleveland. They were advised.

10/25/2008 1344 Warren Disturbance. Complainant stated his wife is out of control. Verbal between husband and wife. Complainant's wife has calmed down.

10/25/2008 1360 West Clifton - Elnido Apts Suspicion. Unknown people sleeping in the attic for the last two months. Complainant is mental health consumer. Nobody is in the attic and there weren't any signs anyone was living there.

10/26/2008 18120 Sloane - Natures Bin Complaint - citizen. Bale of hay and pumpkin taken from the front of the store. Kristen Weisman of 18250 Sloane (Down) took a cart, pumpkin and hay prior to the store opening. Items recovered and returned. Nature's Bin will not prosecute, but advised that the subject is not welcome there and would be trespassing is she returns.

10/26/2008 14740 Lakewood Heights - Winterhurst Ice Rink Complaint - citizen. Complainant stated he was the victim of an assault last night at the Strongsville Iceland. Suspect is the coach of a team in the championship game today. Complainant will call back should the suspect arrive today, so his information can be relayed to SPD for their report. Complainant called back. Suspect arrived.
10/26/2008 2189 Carabel General assistance. Mother and father are separated and will be getting a divorce. Mother left their son at a relative's house. Husband does not get along with the relatives  and attempted to pick-up the child. Female arrived shortly thereafter. Parties advised that custody of the child and parental rights are a civil matter and would have to be resolved in court. Both agreed that the child would stay with his mother until the court resolves the matter.
10/26/2008 2207 Glenbury Civil matter. Up neighbors have parked car in the drive. Moving truck can't pull in. Car was moved.
10/26/2008 18250 Sloane Civil matter. Kristen Weisman is moving out. Landlord is there stating she has turned the water on and is refusing to turn it off. Subject claims to be moving out voluntarily. Landlord upset that she has a mess on the porch. Subject has also left the water running in the utility tub in the basement, overflowing it. Subject is a mental health consumer, but is not exhibiting signs of mania, confusion, and is not a harm to herself or others at this time. Landlord wanted the incident documented for eviction purposes. He will continue the process to ensure the subject vacates the property.

Employees say nothing was going on. He was talking to them about an incident that happened three weeks ago. They are not allowed back in the store. If they return, he will call.

10/26/2008 1351 West Clifton - McKinley Elementary School Suspicion. Vehicle backed-up to the door of the school and is loading items. Former principal was there obtaining remaining belongings from the office.
10/26/2008 2131 Clarence Complaint - citizen. Male was walking down Wyandotte and when he was crossing the street, a white vehicle hit the side of his leg and kept going. The male did not see anything else because he was knocked to the ground. Complainant did not wish to file a report. He was given a business card if he changes his mind. 19:37 hours.
10/26/2008 18248 Sloane Assist - rescue squad. Complainant's neighbor that is being evicted threatened her while she was in the laundry room about a half an hour ago. Female went voluntarily to the hospital for an evaluation. Landlord and tenant advised.
10/26/2008 17812 Naragansett Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Male was leaning against a tree and when the female's dog barked, he left the area.
10/26/2008 11701 Detroit - Walgreens Complaint - citizen. Three customers advised the manager that parties in the listed auto stole several items. Parties are sitting out in their truck now. The Complainant isn't sure what they are doing. Could not locate the truck. Manager said they did pay for some items. He will call if the return.
10/26/2008 2113 Quail Menacing. Complainant is receiving threatening phone messages from her daughter's father. Written report.
10/26/2008 1328 Hall Burglary in progress. Complainant came home and stated there are two males in her daughter's room. She has no idea who they are.
20:21 hours. Partner received a call and stated the males are now running out the back door.
20:22 hours. Northbound on Ethel from the tracks. They split up.
20:23 hours. Called and paged Obrock.
20:24 hours. Males east on Detroit from Cranford.
20:26 hours. 208 has a male in custody at Summit and Detroit.
20:27 hours. 210 has a male running at Edwards and the tracks.
20:28 hours. Other male in custody at Edwards and the tracks.
20:31 hours. Male at Summit and the tracks is not one of the suspects. Other male still out, probably the one that went northbound. 210 advised the other male is white with blonde hair. Last seen running northbound on Ethel. Comp stated they are missing a portable DVD player and a small jewelry box. 21:51 hours. 210 called off the perimeter search. 
10/26/2008 1619 Winchester Disturbance - noise. Parties revving and ATV engine behind the residence. Dark and quiet in the area.
10/26/2008 16407 Detroit - Detroit Theater Disorderly conduct. White male made some rude comments to the comp for no reason and is highly intoxicated. Male arrested for intoxication. Male released to a sober party.
10/26/2008 14999 Madison Disturbance - noise. Apt. 7. Loud music. Loud on arrival. Female was trying to set-up a new DVD player and one of the buttons got stuck. All quiet now.
