10/15/2008	11800 Madison - Hertz Rent-A-Car	Assist - rescue squad. Female call 911 from pay phone and asked for an ambulance and then hung-up. Female took too many pills and needs to go to the ER. Female was in Cleveland when she took the pills and walked into Lakewood. Advised and going to the ER.

10/15/2008	1636 Hopkins	General assistance. Request we attempt to notify a male and ask him to contact a female. Male has a warrant with Ross County Sheriff. There was no one at the residence. Neighbor said a male named Ryan lives at the address, but does not match the description.
10/15/2008	14237 Athens - Roosevelt Elementary School	Complaint - citizen. Complainant's 6-year-old child was walking to school and was bitten by a pit bull. Animal warden advised and will be responding in 15 - 20 minutes. This incident happened while Complainant was walking her son to school. The owner of the dog was walking his son to school as well, with the dog on a leash.

Males in listed vehicle going through garbage in the parking lot and when they were asked to leave, they threw drinks on two other vehicles. Unable to locate. Complainant had an argument over littering in the lot and threw trash into male's vehicle. He became upset and threw trash onto the parking lot. Complainant advised.

Female called requesting officer to check the area for her missing 26-year-old son, who is entered missing out of Westlake and has some medical problems. He was seen in the listed vehicle. White male went missing Sunday. Vehicle is not in the area and no one is around. Checked the local coffee shop. Male not in the area.

10/15/2008	12031 Edgewater - Shore House Apts	Complaint - citizen. Apt. 106. Complainant believes his medication was taken off of his window sill. After speaking with the party at length about his complaint, advising him it made no sense, and mentioning the possibility of administering a polygraph, he did not want any type of report. He further mentioned he takes his label off of the pill bottle just in case someone got ahold of his pills, so he would not get in trouble. Xanax is a narcotic drug.

Denies calling and trying to get him in trouble. The male was advised to tape record the call in the future when Poe calls.

Complainant is moving out of the residence on 10-19-08 and wanted the problems on record in case her landlord requests it due to her leaving the lease contract early.

10/15/2008	16013 Detroit - Bobby O's Tavern	Complaint - citizen. Male lent his car to another male two hours ago and a male has not returned. Complainant knows the male who took his car and he gave the male permission to take it. He plans to wait until the male returns his vehicle to the bar. Complainant said the male is a regular at the bar is friends of the owner, so he should return. He will call LPD later, in necessary.

10/15/2008	1239 Summit	Complaint - citizen. Complainant wanted us aware of an identity theft that occurred between 2004 and 2006. Complainant was advised by the Ohio Gas company that someone used her identity and owed $5,795 to the Company. East Ohio did not suspect the Complainant of charges, and just wanted her to be aware. Complainant did not want to prosecute due to the lengthy time frame.

10/15/2008	1583 Winchester	Suspicion. Parties sitting in a white van one south of 1583 Winchester. Complainant thinks this is suspicious. Male lives a house away from where he was parked. He was advised of the Complainant.
10/15/2008	1648 Alameda	General assistance. Complainant is requesting we standby and check the house. His tenants moved out on the 30th and all the windows are open. Will be waiting in the listed auto.
10/15/2008	1267 Beach	Disturbance. Male and female arguing. Verbal between husband and wife. Male is going to bed. They will talk in the morning.

10/15/2008	1448 Clarence	Driving under the influence. Male and female arguing. Up. Male's van was still parked at the residence. But male left prior to our arrival. Complainant will call back if returns and there is a problem. Female called and said her boyfriend returned and he left northbound on Clarence. 21:49 hours. 211 out with car at Cohassett and Detroit. Male arrested for DUI. 21:16 hours.

10/16/2008	15114 Clifton	Complaint - citizen. Apt. 2. Male stated that someone broke into his locked vehicle and interior to door is damaged. He doesn't think anything is missing. No signs of forced entry. Some of the molding on the driver's side door came loose. Nothing was missing and the Complainant does not wish any further involvement at this time. He just wants a note in CAD in case someone obtains some of his personal information from his check book.

Car pulled into the Enterprise lot and a black male ran through the yards from Coutant. 15:15 hours. Running northbound from approximately 1492 Hopkins. 15:15 hours. Possibly running back eastbound to Newman. 15:16 hours. Running northbound from the Colonial Club. 15:17 hours. Suspect's jacket was found on Davis Ct. 15:18 hours. Male possibly ran westbound through the yards on Newman. 15:20 hours. 1479 Newman. Garage door kicked-in. 15:37 hours. Lattice at 1465 Newman kicked-in. 15:39 hours. Resident at 1462 Hopkins said when she left this morning, her garage door was closed. She just returned, and it's open. She also stated there's a loft in the garage. 15:47 hours. Suspect's hat recovered on Coutant. 15:58 hours. Male is under the porch at 14:65 Newman. 15:58 hours. Male in custody. Female arrested for drugs. Male arrested for drugs and fleeing.
10/16/2008	14999 Madison	Suspicion. Officer flagged over by a resident about a suspicious vehicle and suspicious activity, possibly drug-related in apartment 7. Narcotics notified.
10/16/2008	14601 Detroit - Lakewood Hospital Professional	Psychiatric situation. Suite 710. Female told the therapist she wants to harm herself. S1 advised the female left. S1 checked the area. No patient found. Also checked the residence of 2098 Waterbury. No one home and no vehicles in the driveway.

10/16/2008	15641 Madison - Silhouette School of Dance	Disturbance. Kids fighting on the sidewalk. Juveniles had a verbal argument. All were advised of the complaint. They left as friends. Bystander said they were just arguing amongst themselves.
10/16/2008	1536 Larchmont	Missing person. Complainant's 9-year-old son is missing. Complainant called back and located her son at the dollar store at Sloane Plaza. No further police assistance needed at this time.
10/16/2008	2012 Dowd	Temporary protection order violation. Complainant has a protection order against a male. The male called her neighbor yesterday and said that he would catch her walking the streets of Lakewood and kill her. Complainant would like special attention to the area for the male.
10/16/2008	1409 Owego	Complaint - citizen. Complainant wanted us aware of an identity theft that occurred in 2003 with Verizon Wireless. Total bill is $205. Advised to notify local police and document. Debt recovery will be following-up with an investigation and prosecution. Complainant has never lived in the city that the charges were initiated in.
10/16/2008	1325 Granger	Complaint - citizen. Complainant would like to speak with an officer regarding some juveniles playing in the area and they keep coming in his yard. Complainant has some issues with juveniles cutting through his yard. Went to speak to juveniles at 1333. There was no answer.

The male pulled a knife and followed the Complainant into the hospital parking lot. Male got out of the car and started arguing with the Complainant. Code three. No knife was involved. 17:41 hours

Complainant stated a group of kids were pushing each other around and one of the fell into the store window and broke it. One of the suspects ran into Marc's parking lot. Black male. The others left eastbound on Detroit. 218 out with a male at Warren and Madison. Written report. 19:05 hours.

10/16/2008	1299 Idlewood	Suspicion. Complainant can hear two males outside of her house. She thinks they're trying to break in. Male in the driveway was the maintenance man.
10/16/2008	13434 Madison	Burglary. Complainant came home a couple of hours ago and noticed the back door was open. Window in bathroom was pulled open and several items are missing.

10/16/2008	2040 Warren	Complaint - citizen. Complainant would like to speak with an officer regarding a male who was doing some work on her house and now her dog is missing. She spoke with the wife of the male and advises they have the dog now. Complainant called and stated the dog was returned.
10/16/2008	12701 Arliss	Suspicion. Complainant saw four tall males wearing hoodies going through his neighbors car that is parked across the street. They left walking eastbound in the middle of the street and the left northbound on Cove. 21:58 hours. Out with the males on the westside of Cove, just north of Arliss. Complainant was unable to identify the males. Owner of the car stated nothing was missing and he didn't wish further police involvement.

10/16/2008	1415 Wyandotte	Dangerous drugs. Complainant met a male named Marco online. She brought him back to her apartment and he took her money and cell phone and left. Black male left on foot in an unknown direction of travel. 22:32 hours. 225 out with a male on West 117th and Madison. Male arrested for theft and VSDL. 22:19 hours
