10/11/2008	1549 Rockway	Complaint - citizen. Would like to talk to an officer about neighborhood children purposely riding their bikes into the street when people drive by. Officer spoke to the juveniles at 1522 Rockway and told them to stay out of the street.

The parties vacated the apartment on their own after staying for six weeks. They removed all of their belongings and have not been there at all. They were advised they can not be there without the owner's consent.

10/11/2008	14206 Detroit - Get Go	Complaint - citizen. Black male walking in the middle of Detroit, knocking on car windows and asking for money. Male identified and denied asking for money. He is getting on the circulator now and going back to Cleveland. Advised.
10/11/2008	1559 Warren	Disturbance. Was threatened by the downstairs neighbor. Upstairs and downstairs neighbor not getting along because of some neighborhood name calling. Both were advised to avoid each other until they could handle themselves more appropriately.
10/11/2008	2104 Lark	Personal welfare check. Apt. 3. Complainant would like us to check the welfare of a 13-year-old female. Complainant advised that the female is being locked in her room by her father and that there is abuse going on in the residence. The child keeps running away. Complainant advised that child called her son and was very scared and then had to hang-up quickly. She is fine. All kinds of family issues here. Dad is just upset and said he will let the people involved handle their daughter. Female is fine and is not being abused.

Complainant advised one of the juveniles pulled a knife on him and then stuck it in his back pocket. 222 is meeting the Complainant at Waterbury and Franklin. Juvenile male arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. 18:23 hours.

Male called his uncle and advised that he had a vision and was going to go down to the Cleveland Clinic to save the Coptic Pope and then kill himself. It is unknown if the male had any weapons. Male may be working in the pharmacy at Marc's in Lakewood. Male was not at home, nor was he at Marc's. Family will call if the male returns home and there is a problem.

Male and security are at the Belle entrance. Male stated he was jumped at Lewis and Franklin around 22:40 hours and cannot give anything further at this time. Written report.

There is a community deck outside the window and the light bulb was unscrewed. She did not see anyone and would like to speak to an officer. Checked the window and it was open. Female cannot remember if it was locked. She just wanted officers aware of the situation and will call back of anything further happens. Advised.

Two juvenile females arrested for curfew. Two males arrested for sales to minors. Male advised if he returns, he will be arrested for trespass.

Daughter called and stated her husband was abusing her and took all of her money and smashed her cell phone. Female does not want any police involvement. Her grandmother is coming to pick up her and the children. She was brought to the front counter to wait for grandma and was advised.

10/12/2008	1302 Cove - Cove Park	Complaint - citizen. Teenagers playing on the swings and trying to break them. Juveniles unwound all the swings and officers did not find any damage. They said they were just playing a game. They were advised of the Complaint.

10/12/2008	15700 Madison - Westwood	Complaint - citizen. 12-year-old son walking to his cello lesson when an unknown male approached him and asked him if he wanted a cigarette. He declined the offer. The man continued to follow him and put his hand on the boy's shoulder. The boy pulled away and ran. Happened at 16:30 hours. Sounds like another juvenile black male may have mistaken the boy for a girl because he has long curly hair. Checked the area. Unable to locate the male.
10/12/2008	1263 Bonnieview	Complaint - citizen. Female sitting in the vehicle talking to herself. Female disoriented and left the scene before arrival.
10/12/2008	16619 Delaware	Special attention. Male believes some copper thieves may be casing the listed address that is in the foreclosure. A party on motorcycle rode up into the backyard. When the party that still resides there walked out of the house, he pulled the face shield down on his helmet and took off. There are also other males that have been coming around and asking questions about when the resident is moving. The male is concerned because the female that lives there has a medical condition.

Complainant did not want prosecution. Only wanted them noted in case of further problems. Receives between 4 to 8 calls a day from the female wanting to reconcile their friendship. She is usually intoxicated when making the calls.

10/12/2008	16104 Detroit	Disturbance. Apt. 2. Male and female arguing. Male crying. Male and female having some relationship problems. The male was a little upset about it.
10/12/2008	1535 Warren	Suspicion. Unable to locate. Parties trying to get in the front door. Complainant did not see parties. Just heard them. Three minute delay. No direction of travel, no description given. No signs of forced entry. Residents just wanted officers aware at this time. Checked the area.
10/12/2008	12900 Lake - Carlyle Condominiums	Special attention. Security would like an entry made that around 14:19 hours a party witnessed two males going through cars in the west lot. They gained entry into one of the cars and took the stereo from the car. The owner of the vehicle does not wish to make a report. Two white males in their mid-teens. They jumped the fence and ran westbound into the wooded area. Would like special attention to the area during early afternoon hours.
10/12/2008	14519 Detroit - Lakewood Hospital	Disturbance. ER room 4. Unruly patient throwing things all over the room. Male was unhappy with his treatment. He was discharged and sent on his way. Advised.
10/12/2008	11849 Clifton - Hidden Village Apts	Disturbance. Apt. C138. Male is receiving harassing phone calls from other parties in the building. They are knocking on his door right now. Male had an argument with parties in C248. They were all advised  and the supervisor there was advised of the situation.
