Male arrested on a Lakewood warrant and for intoxication. Spoke with the Complainant. The parties had a verbal argument. 01:23 hours.

Female called back and stated one of her son's friends came out and has been riding the bike. His bike was stolen a month ago. Her bike somehow ended-up in his yard, so he has been riding it.

10/9/2008	14405 Bayes	Complaint - citizen. Thinks juveniles that are hanging out on the corner are going to try and steal her pumpkins. There were some 4 and 5 year olds out in their yard, but they would probably not be able to lift the pumpkin.

10/9/2008	11701 Clifton - Shell Gas Station	Robbery. Hold-up alarm. 19:38 hours. Partner received a call that they were just robbed by a male that stated he had a gun. Male had a mask and a black jacket. Believe it was white male wearing a fake nose and had a silver gun. 19:41 hours. 208 states the vehicle left westbound out of Sapell's. 19:42 hours. Parties witnessed the car go northbound on Hird and then westbound on Clifton. 19:45 hours. 225 advises vehicle is at the residence in the garage. Setting up a perimeter. 19:50 hours. Officer Dugan from North Olmsted SWAT was advised. 19:51 hours. 208 advises cigarettes are in the vehicle. It is unoccupied and still warm to the touch. Cleveland Police on the scene. 19:56 hours. Two parties in the residence that the neighbor knows of. Light turned on in the back of the house. White male with a blue muscle shirt in the kitchen. Has no idea officers are outside. 19:59 hours. Male turned off all the lights in the house. 20:00 hours. Male turned on the bedroom light in the back. Turned it off about 20 seconds later. 20:04 hours. 222 advises they attempted to make contact with the male over the loud speaker and did not get any type of response. 20:05 hours. Rocky River and Westlake SWAT were advised and are responding. 20:06 hours. Fairview SWAT responding. Lt. Ciresi is on the scene. 20:08 hours. Bay Village SWAT advised and responding. 20:13 hours. Favre called in for negotiations. 20:45 hours. Cleveland Police want surrounding houses evacuated. 20:51 hours. W. McCarthy will be responding. 20:51 hours. Miller advises there should be three adults inside. The suspect and two other adults. No children or juveniles inside. 20:59 hours. Capt. Hassing notified. 21:00 hours. Rear bedroom lights just came back on. 21:03 hours. Northwest corner lights going off and on in the house. 21:05 hours. First floor northwest corner lights on now. 21:06 hours. SWAT pulling up to the house. 21:23 hours. Light on the northwest side on the first floor went out. 21:33 hours. Lt. Ciresi advises warrant is signed. 21:47 hours. Someone from the inside attempted to open the garage door with a remote. 21:50 hours. Allen and Perhacs in the apartment building next door. 21:53 hours. Driving the armored car to the rear and picking-up the officers so SWAT can take over. 22:10 hours. Party is back in the kitchen. 22:28 hours. Cleveland Police called and stated they have a male resident at West 104th and Clifton who has a key and can talk to our suspect. 22:41 hours. SWAT entering the residence. 22:44 hours. Have one secured. 22:51 hours. Suspect in custody.

10/9/2008	17533 Madison - Attache Apts	General assistance. Requested we stand-by while he attempts to return some furniture to his ex-wife. Complainant called back and he returned the furniture without any problems. He no longer needs our assistance.
10/9/2008	1296 Fry	Personal welfare check. Requested we check the welfare of his wife and her two young children. Complainant said they got into an argument last night and she left with the kids and is staying with a female in apartment 2 who he believes is a drug user. He's concerned for their welfare. Female not there.

Investigator Walling has the male in custody. Male arrested for criminal trespassing and intoxication. 21:30 hours.

10/9/2008	14000 Detroit - Bunts	Traffic detail. Listed auto traveling eastbound on Detroit and the four occupants are throwing eggs out the window. Males stated they're in Cleveland now and will contact them.

Male just noticed the female going the same path as he was going. The female never spoke to him and never approached him. Mom just wanted to make the officers aware.

10/10/2008	1451 Ridgewood	Complaint - citizen. Someone threw eggs at the Complainant's house. Nothing was damaged and officers spoke to the neighbors who denied doing anything.

Complainant is at a wedding reception and states a white female  came screaming out of the woods  stating she was sexually assaulted and attacked by a male. The female then ran back towards the main road and another male got a flashlight and went running in the woods to look for the suspect. Metroparks also advised. Female was with the male voluntarily. They got spooked by some of the wedding patrons and took off running. Female arrested for intoxication. 20:54 hours.

Complainant believes they are intoxicated. Male called from 14704 Clifton and stated the males just walked into his house and are now out in his driveway. Written report. 22:31 hours.
