10/7/2008	11857 Clifton - Drake Apts	Complaint - heat. Female complaining about the heat in the building. Thermostat reads 60 degrees at 04:04 hours. Female just needed us to come over and witness the temperature. She was advised.
10/7/2008	2188 McKinley	Suspicion. Complainant states that it sounds like someone is downstairs in her house. Door was ajar on the side of the house, but it doesn't appear that anyone was in the house. Everything checks secure.
10/7/2008	15534 Lakewood Heights	Missing person. Complainant's 17-year-old son did not come home last night.
10/7/2008	1208 Manor Park	Petty theft - from auto. Unlocked car in the garage was entered. Numerous items taken. Bicycle also taken and another left in its place.
10/7/2008	1267 Cook	Civil matter. Parties that live next door are on the Complainant's property. He wants them to move. Construction company is Koz and Co. Construction. Properties are extremely close together, making it nearly impossible to use the equipment needed without crossing the property line. Complainant is upset about the noise and does not want the Company on his property for any reason. Koz feels that the Building Department  allows him temporary use of a portion of the property at 1267 for certain projects. Both were advised to the Building Department for clarification.
10/7/2008	1215 Manor Park	Complaint - citizen. Someone sprayed silly string all over the backyard. Silly string was in two places and was likely a prank by a friend of the Complainant's son. No damage. Complainant advised.

10/7/2008	1585 Parkwood	Complaint - citizen. Damage done to light post in front yard. Light post had damage that appeared to be normal wear and tear. No evidence damage was done by a person, criminally, or otherwise. Complainant advised.

10/7/2008	1575 Winchester	Complaint - citizen. Daughter who has a drug problem took $100 from the Complainant's purse. Complainant wanted her daughter advised not to return to her residence again. Daughter was told not to come back to her mother's house. Daughter did not reside at the house. Daughter denied taking any money and said her mother misplaced it.

10/7/2008	12503 Madison - Madison Food Center	Petty theft - bicycle. Reporting unlocked red bike was stolen from the rear of the store. Complainant just wanted the LPD aware of the incident. He had no detailed information on the bike.

10/7/2008	2051 Robin	Complaint - citizen. Down. Male would like to speak to an officer about a problem he had with some parties a half hour ago. Complainant had been arrested in the past for an incident at 2117 Halstead. Complainant stated parties from that home are driving by and threatening him and his younger brother. Complainant and the parties are at 2117 Halstead. All advised on the matter.

10/7/2008	16021 Madison - Hilliard Square Building	Complaint - citizen. Female wanted it on record that she believes someone might have entered her apartment on 10/3 and injured her cat. There was no forced entry and nothing was disturbed. The cat suffered a puncture on its side that eventually killed it. The female changed the locks and is moving out of the building. There are no suspects and does not have any problems with other tenants.
10/7/2008	2046 Magee	Complaint - citizen. Up. Female would like to speak to an officer about a problem she is having with a neighbor. OIC advised. Spoke with the neighbor. The neighbor advised that he would stay away from the parties. If the Complainant has further problems, they will call back.

10/7/2008	16720 Detroit - Edwards Park	Disturbance. Complainant is babysitting a juvenile male who just came home from Edwards Park and said that a white juvenile male hit him in the park. Two juveniles who are former friends are pushing each other in the park. The kids and their parents were advised.
10/7/2008	15534 Lakewood Heights	Domestic violence. Complainant's 17-year-old son who was entered missing came home and assaulted her and took off again. Male is with a female. Male took off down Arthur.  17:16 hours.

10/7/2008	16712 Delaware	Disturbance. Citation issued. Down. Male and female arguing. Male arrested for intoxication. Nothing physical, just a verbal argument. Advised.
10/7/2008	1336 St. Charles - Railroad Tracks	Complaint - citizen. Complainant stated her dog defecated on the lawn at Clifton and St. Charles. Complainant ran out of bags and told the resident she'd be right back to clean-up the mess. The male got into a white van and began following her southbound on St. Charles from Clifton. Complainant cleaned-up after her dog and the male was advised.
10/7/2008	16720 Detroit - Edwards Park	Complaint - citizen. Complainant stated a juvenile name Joe took his bike want went home to his house on Cordova. Joe brought the bike back and the Complainant doesn't wish any involvement.
10/7/2008	1466 Woodward	Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Complainant got into an argument with his girlfriend's son and he left walking westbound through the yards. Complainant said the subject has a warrant from Lakewood and the county. Complainant said he's possibly headed to a house on the eastside of Lakeland that's north of Detroit. The male also likes to go to Bobby O's.

Complainant advised a party in the store knows where the juvenile lives and will take the officers there. Heading to the apartments at the corner of Franklin and Lakewood. Building is at 1549 Lakewood.

10/7/2008	1557 Bunts	Suspicion. Complainant stated someone just shot a hole in her son's bedroom window. Complainant didn't see anything. She only heard the noise and can see the hole. There is a hole in the window, but it came from the inside.

10/7/2008	14100 Franklin - Lakewood High School	Complaint - citizen. Five to six males jumped the fence and went on the field. Parties were on the track before it closed and the gate was closed and locked by maintenance before they could leave. They were advised.

10/8/2008	2019 Lakeland	Personal welfare check. 13-year-old female took a handful of pills. Female took a few pain pills in the presence of her mother. Everyone is fine at the residence. Mom and daughter advised.
10/8/2008	12301 Madison - Corner Pub	Disorderly conduct. Citation issued. Open 911 line. Male was causing a disturbance. Male arrested for disorderly conduct. Released to his wife at 1518 Elbur. 00:22 hours.
10/8/2008	15503 Clifton - Virginia	Complaint - citizen. On Virginia. East side. Just south of Clifton. Male and female arguing in a vehicle. Male and female had a verbal argument. Both parties advised and are going home.
10/8/2008	14816 Clifton - Mount Royal Apts	Disturbance - noise. Cook and Clifton. Parties being loud on the balcony. Apt. 406 had a door propped open and voices were carrying. They are closing the door and were advised.

10/8/2008	2093 Robin	Arrest via telecommunication. Upstairs. Back apt. Female came home and boyfriend hit her. White male last seen on foot heading toward Madison. Male arrested on a warrant. Male hit the female with a pillow and she wishes no further police involvement at this time.

Female is not sure if she locked the knob last night. She will call back if anything else suspicious happens. Advised.

Complainant is there now and her sister is screaming for help, but the male will not answer the door. Argument between boyfriend and girlfriend. She wants to move out and he doesn't want her to go. Female said she was fine, got some things and left.

10/8/2008	11849 Clifton - Hidden Village Apts	Complaint - citizen. Underage kids outside being loud and drinking. One of the workers and some residents were having a talk. They were not drinking and were not loud. Advised of the Complainant.
