9/27/2008	1583 Lakewood	Disturbance. Male and female in the street yelling at each other. No one in the area. Spoke to some neighbors who stated the male left prior to arrival. They don't know where the female went.

9/27/2008	2114 Glenbury	Complaint - citizen. Upstairs. Male stated that he has a restraining order against another male and that male has been calling him and threatening him and his roommate. Complainant actually called the male he was complaining about. Complainant was advised not to contact him anymore.
9/27/2008	11830 Lake - Highland House Apts	Obstructing official business. Two juvenile males trying to get into the vehicles in the parking lot. One is a white male. One is a black male. They gained entry into one of the vehicles. They are in a red vehicle and trying to get into a white vehicle. Complainant advised that they just broke the window of the white car. 01:30 hours. Juveniles hopped the fence in the rear of the parking lot from 11810 Edgewater. 01:31 hours. Males running east of Travel Lodge. 01:33 hours. Both males in custody at 11843 Lake. 01:36 hours. Witnesses gave positive IDs on both males. Two males arrested.

9/27/2008	15023 Madison - Elmwood	Damage to property - misc. Complainant drove over new cement and possibly damaged his vehicle.
9/27/2008	11714 Franklin	E911 welfare check. 911 hang-up. Call on call back had a female that sounded upset. Resident is babysitting about seven kids under the age of 13. Of  the kids must have dialed the phone.

9/27/2008	2089 Halstead	Disturbance. Boyfriend is upset and breaking their furniture. Male threw a glass table inside of the home, breaking it. Complainant stated her live-in boyfriend also threw her to the ground and threatened her. Complainant does not wish prosecution at this time, but wants the incident noted. May make a written report at a later time. No signs the Complainant was assaulted at this time.
9/27/2008	14322 Madison - Dairy Mart	General assistance. Would like us to stand-by while he attempts to pick-up his children for visitation. Male was advised it was a civil matter and will talk to the judge about it. He will not try to pick-up his children today.

Argument with baby's father over custody of the child this weekend. He was supposed to have her and could not take her. Advised on the incident.

Speaking with the residents at 1501 Wagar. Spoke with both parties involved and they advised the juvenile not to jump over the fence.

The residents are constantly having parties and are up the entire night drinking, cursing and urinating in the front yard. Wanted the latest incident documented and will call on future problems.

One of the males verbally threatened to hurt the Complainant. The Complainant also received two threatening calls from one of the males. Complainant wants incident documented, but does not desire prosecution.

She also found a gift bag with a bottle of wine in it what was in her neighbor's car. Complainant didn't want to make a report. She only wanted a computer entry and special attention to the area.

Obrock called in by LT. 04:40 hours. 227 see male running westbound behind Sullivan's toward Lewis. 04:41 hours. Male in custody at Lewis north of Madison at 1672 Lewis. Cleveland Police advised to make notification to owner of the vehicle. Juvenile male arrested for receiving stolen property.
9/28/2008	1552 Waterbury - Franklin	Motor vehicle accident - general. 04:32 hours. 210 in pursuit of the a vehicle. Vehicle crashed into a wooden pole at Waterbury and Franklin on the northwest corner. Pole does not have any ID number. CEI notified and there appeared to be no damage at this time. Related to the previous incident. Vehicle towed to Kufner.

Sign was taken on Friday. Second one from a week ago. Involved family dispute with children. Neighbor at 1620 saw a male matching the youngest son's description take the first sign. Complainant wants to contact the family attorney first to attempt to resolve the matter.

Complainant not sure who took the item, but she was going to follow-up with the store and did not want to make a police issue out of the incident.

Rozakis advised.

Plates listed to Independence. Independence Police notified. They are sending a car to address. 18:06 hours. Second motorcyclist was stopped at 1571 Warren. Male arrested for no license, reckless operation and obstructing. Male in custody at Classic Automotive East 71st in Cleveland. 19:12 hours.

She filed a menacing report in Mentor against a male we previously arrested for menacing. Female also requested special attention to the house. Male has a warrant with Newburgh Hts. Female will meet officers at the corner of Elmwood and Madison. Male was not at the apartment.
9/28/2008	1325 Cook - Railroad Tracks	Disorderly conduct. Complainant stated there is a group of black males assaulting a male at Cook and the tracks. Group left running westbound on the tracks and then they ran into the first house south of the tracks on the westside of Gladys. Unknown where the victim is at. 215 and 218 out at 1324 Gladys. Juvenile male arrested for disorderly conduct. 20:32 hours.
