9/15/2008 1500 Scenic Park - Emerald Necklace Marina Complaint - citizen. Flagged down by a Metroparks ranger requesting assistance checking on a male in the parking lot.
9/15/2008 2004 Elmwood Burglary. Ex-boyfriend trashed the apartment and took a TV that was not his.
9/15/2008 1606 Wager Damage - non-criminal.
9/15/2008 18404 Detroit - Check Into Cash Robbery. Business was robbed. Suspect wearing a black hoodie, light colored jean shorts. His face was covered and he brandished a small black hand gun. Male walked in the business, brandished the handgun, told the Complainant to give him all of the money and pushed her to the ground.
14:35 hours. Black male wearing shorts and a yellow bandana was seen running between Phelps and Park Row.
14:36 hours. Male seen on Sloane taking off a hoodie and is wearing a white shirt.
14:36 hours. Male seen at 18245 Sloane.
14:38 hours. Male seen in the garage at 1329 Phelps.
14:38 hours. Male running southbound on Phelps.
14:39 hours. Detective Obrock paged.
14:41 hours. Male seen running behind Sloane Plaza.
14:42 hours. Rocky River Police contacted to see if their K-9 unit could respond.
14:43 hours. Horace Mann Middle School locked down.
14:44 hours. Male possibly ran northbound over the fence behind Sloane Plaza.
14:47 hours. Rocky River K9 unable to respond.
14:48 hours. Detective Schad paged.
14:49 hours. Schad called back. He's at a training class and doesn't have Arco with him. He'd have to go home and get him.
14:50 hours. Lissner and Sgt. Ward out with a male matching the suspect's description at Clifton and West Clifton.
14:51 hours. Transporting the Complainant to Clifton and West Clifton for an ID.
14:55 hours. Message left for Obrock.
15:02 hours. Obrock responding.
15:17 hours. Complainant stated one of the denominations of money missing is seven one hundred dollar bills.  The male at Clifton and West Clifton has seven one hundred dollar bills paper clipped together.
15:18 hours. Obrock and Smykowski starting to track.
15:19 hours. Crumley with Obrock and Smykowski.
15:25 hours. Lowther speaking to the male who saw the suspect running between Phelps and Park Row. When he originally saw the male, he had a yellow back with him. When the male ran from Park Row, he no longer had the bag with him.
15:32 hours. Recovered currency in the backyards at 1326 Park Row.
15:34 hours. Party that we're out with at Clifton and West Clifton said he threw the gun over the Vista Bridge.
15:35 hours. Horace Mann Middle School taken off lock down.
15:45 hours. Male was positively identified.
15:55 hours. Complainant arrested for felony theft, making false alarms.
15:55 hours. Male is now saying he tossed the gun behind Sloane Plaza.
15:58 hours. 22 caliber magazine found.
16:45 hours. 208 checked the area of the tracks very well. Unable to locate the weapon.
9/15/2008 13115 Detroit - Cohassett Operator license required. Male arrested. 15:57 hours.
9/15/2008 1499 Victoria Disturbance. 911 hang-up. Called back and a female stated she was fighting with her husband. Husband left prior to arrival. Was a verbal argument.
9/15/2008 11701 Detroit - Walgreen's Suspicion. Male dropped off a fake prescription and will be back in an hour to pick it up. Pharmacy will call when the male arrives. Male arrested for passing a bad prescription. Vehicle towed to Kufner. 17:06 hours.
9/15/2008 18100 Detroit - West Clifton Traffic stop. Out with an altercation. Appears female is trying to get out. 227 has the vehicle stopped. Parties arguing. Female wanted to get out of the car, but now she will leaving with the male.
9/15/2008 1670 Lauderdale General assistance. Complainant is requesting we stand-by while she picks-up her niece whom she reported missing yesterday. Female was returned to her aunt.
9/15/2008 1681 Victoria Animal - noise. Barking dog in the backyard. Three dogs in the backyard were quiet on arrival.
9/15/2008 12629 Detroit - Goodyear Tire Center Complaint - citizen. Complainant stated a customer is there to pick-up his vehicle and he seems to be intoxicated and is getting loud. Male calmed down and has some friends coming to pick up him and his truck.
9/15/2008 2086 Bunts Civil matter. Male came to the front counter saying that he found his car that he reported stolen with Cleveland Police in the backyard at 2086 Bunts. Male who came to the front counter is a co-signer. The owner resides at 2086 Bunts and is going to keep possession of the car.
9/15/2008 17468 Norton Complaint - solicitor. Unable to locate. Complainant stated a white female was soliciting for ADT. She left eastbound on Norton on foot and then he believes she got into a silver convertible with a black top and left northbound on Granger. Complainant said he called ADT and they didn't have anyone in the area.
9/15/2008 1580 Lauderdale Disturbance. Complainant's 15-year-old niece is arguing with her husband. Verbal argument between juvenile and guardian. Juvenile is going upstairs to her room.

9/15/2008 2028 Clarence Animal - noise. Barking dog. Dog started barking upon officer's arrival. Owner was advised.
9/15/2008 14902 Clifton - Cook Suspicion. Unable to locate. Male flagged him over and said two black males and a female in a vehicle waved a gun at him and left the area, possibly west on Clifton from Cook. Brake light is either out or very dim on the vehicle. 222 checked all the way to Rocky River.
9/15/2008 13836 Clifton Department information. Female came to the front counter and advised that her landlord comes into her apartment when she's not there and touches her belongings. Right now she just wants us aware of the situation and will come back if there are further problems.
9/15/2008 14701 Delaware - Warren Motor vehicle accident - injuries. Three car accident with injuries. 22:44 hours.
9/15/2008 2014 Morrison Disturbance. Apt. 4. In the back. Male and female fighting. Female in apartment four was upset about another female that was brought to the apartment. Parties were advised.
9/15/2008 1371 Sloane Intoxication. Citation issued. Across from 1370 Sloane. Male and female arguing. Officers out at 1371 Sloane. Male arrested for intoxication. 23:07 hours.
9/15/2008 1328 Cove - Briar Hill Apts Civil matter. Apt. 5. Female that used to live in the apartment took a bunch of property and threatened the male's life. Civil matter over items. Male was advised.
9/15/2008 2059 Robin - Robin Tavern Disturbance. Downstairs. Black male causing problems. Resident at 2059 Robin threatened  to shoot him if he returned. Black male on bike. Last seen heading towards Plover. Male on bike was located. It was a juvenile that the resident did not know. Checked the area. Unable to locate. Resident advised to call back if there are further problems.
9/15/2008 2014 Morrison Disturbance. Apt. 4. Parties fighting and breaking items in the apartment. Girlfriend's mother is there now. Everything is okay now. All parties advised.
9/15/2008 2114 Glenbury Complaint - citizen. Upstairs. Male stated that a male that he knows threatened his life and he would like to speak to an officer. Threats were made through a third party. Male just wanted officers advised. He will call back if there are further problems.

9/16/2008 1328 Cove - Briar Hill Apts Petty theft. Apt. 5. Ex-girlfriend took prescription medications from the apartment.
9/16/2008 1609 Hopkins Civil matter. Complainant states that her ex-boyfriend broke a window and came into her home. Male lives at the house also. She was advised that it is a civil matter. 01:54 hours.

9/16/2008 1040 Nicholson DOA - body found. 70-year-old female fell and is bleeding from the nose. She is not breathing. Cars send code three. Female dead on arrival. 06:09 hours.

9/16/2008 16401 Delaware - Hayes Elementary School Complaint - citizen. Would like to speak to an officer about an incident that happened to a couple of students yesterday. Spoke with the Complainant who advised three students saw a driver of a tan 4-door car who was wearing all black. Spoke with the principal who advised the crossing guard said the driver was possibly wearing a burka, a Middle Eastern garment. Students all advised the person did not look at them, but they were scared because the driver was clad in black. One student stated the hood looked loose fitting and did not look normal. The staff was unaware if the parents reported this to police, so they wanted the LPD to be aware. Staff was advised.
9/16/2008 1576 Winchester arrested via telecommunication. Female arrested on a warrant. 09:14 hours.
9/16/2008 1555 Rosewood Motor vehicle accident - general. Vehicle struck Cushman #5417. No damage to the Cushman or the car. Advised.
9/16/2008 1329 Granger Civil matter. Has court order to enter neighbor's property to do work on his gutters and the neighbor is refusing entry. Work was completed without incident. Complainant will call if there are any further problems.
9/16/2008 1353 Nicholson Auto repossessed - from a male for Huntington Bank.
9/16/2008 13007 Madison Damage to property - misc. This is a civil matter between landlord and a former tenant. The previous tenant was evicted and left all of her personal belongings behind. She also left a faucet on that leaked all over the bathroom floor, possibly damaging the downstairs ceiling. A ceiling fan was damaged as well. Complainant was advised.

9/16/2008 1524 St. Charles - Franklin Driving under suspension. Female arrested for driving under suspension and two warrants, one with Lakewood and one with another city. 10:23 hours.
9/16/2008 1528 Belle - Franklin Driving under suspension. Male arrested for driving under suspension and a Lakewood warrant. 10:57 hours.
9/16/2008 2125 Overlook Theft. Two bikes taken from a garage last night. The doors were removed from the garage for repairs.
9/16/2008 12222 Madison - Charter One Bank Suspicion. Complainant stated a white male came into the bank to cash a check. Complainant said he was a non-customer and became upset and started to yell. They asked him to leave, and he said he was going to come back and rob the bank. Male got into the listed auto and left eastbound on Madison. Complainant said the plate is out of state, but she's not sure what stated. Unable to locate the car. Will call back if he returns.
9/16/2008 2115 Dowd Criminal damaging. Complainant stated her neighbor was harassing her and threw a rock through her window and broke it.
9/16/2008 2063 Brown Notification. Would like LPD to notify a male to call an officer and check for the listed vehicle in the drive. Car not in the drive. Nobody was home. Note was left.
9/16/2008 2005 Lincoln - Lincoln Apts Disturbance. Two male arguing. Car not in the drive. Nobody was home. Landlord tenant dispute. Advised.
9/16/2008 14000 Detroit - Bunts Complaint - citizen. Female tripped and fell on uneven pavement. She is waiting for an officer at 1412 Marlowe. There is approximately an inch raise in the sidewalk. Streets Dept. was notified.

9/16/2008 1616 West 117th - Fifth Third Bank Complaint - solicitor. Unable to locate. White male is panhandling in the parking lot.
9/16/2008 1368 Cranford Suspicion. Complainant is the homeowner and said the house is vacant. His sister was just there and said the listed auto is in the driveway. Complainant said there shouldn't be any cars in the driveway, and nobody should be on the property. Auto was gone on arrival, and the house checked secure.
9/16/2008 12201 Franklin - Sam's Beverage Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Male called and said he saw a drug deal go down. One of the parties involved has on a blue hoodie and a blue and red cap and is on a blue bike. He left eastbound on Franklin. 13:52 hours.
9/16/2008 1470 Victoria - Grant Elementary School Complaint - citizen. Juveniles in the back lot of Elmwood. Juveniles smoking. They ran when the principal confronted them.
9/16/2008 1270 Cove Complaint - citizen. Complainant would like to speak to an officer about an incident that occurred while she was walking down Detroit. A black male juvenile on a red bike tried to grab her purse. The incident occurred 30 minutes ago at 14:05 hours. The juvenile did not get the purse, but he did knock her down. The male was last seen northbound on Hird.

9/16/2008 1557 Belle Complaint - citizen. Complainant would like to speak to an officer about problems she is having with her neighbor. Resident just want advice on what she can do about her neighbor. Advised.
9/16/2008 2005 Lincoln - Lincoln Apts Disturbance. Parties arguing. Same dispute and earlier. Advised.
9/16/2008 14336 Lakewood Heights Assist - rescue squad. Medical only. 49-year-old female overdosed on Vicodin, Percoset, and Trazadone. 16:22 hours.
9/16/2008 14801 Clifton - Warren Special attention. Requested for cars driving through the cross walk as juveniles are crossing the street. Listed plate went through the cross walk as the Complainant and her 6-year-old  daughter were crossing the street, almost hitting them.
9/16/2008 1302 Cove - Cove Park Complaint - citizen. Parties in the back of the listed auto. Complainant thinks they may have been having sexual relations. Male and female sitting in the car. Advised and are leaving the park.

9/16/2008 1614 Warren Complaint - citizen. Up. Complainant needs assistance with getting a 14-year-old female in the car to take her to the ER for an evaluation. Complainant does not want an ambulance, just an officer to stand-by. Juvenile got into the vehicle. Officer following the Complainant to the hospital. Advised. 
9/16/2008 12503 Clifton - Cove Suspicion. Complainant stated there is a black male with a juvenile female in shopping cart and she appears to be dirty. Complainant thinks it's suspicious. 217 out with the male at 1342 Cove. Male was pushing his two kids in a cart from his apartment complex.

9/16/2008 1494 West Clifton Missing person. Complainant hasn't seen her 17-year-old daughter since last night.
9/16/2008 1471 Winchester Disturbance. Complainant can hear juveniles screaming from the residence and she thinks something is wrong. Spoke with the parents. There are five children in the house. Two sets of twins. They were cranky and tired.
9/16/2008 12840 Madison - St. Gregory Hall Complaint - citizen. Male would like to speak to an officer about a problem he is having with another male. Male's ex-girlfriend's sister's boyfriend keeps contacting the Complainant. Doesn't know the male's name, but thinks he lives on Halstead. Was advised to call us if he has any further problems.

9/16/2008 2022 Lark Disturbance - noise. Down. Front. Loud music. No noise on arrival. Spoke with the resident in apt. 2. TV was on earlier. Advised of the Complaint.
9/16/2008 1414 Elbur House Department information. Complainant advised she needed a CAD entry stating that a female caused a bruise on another female. She did not wish for an officer to respond. Just wanted a computer entry.
9/16/2008 1279 Ethel Suspicion. Complainant stated the house has been vacant for three years and the basement window is open. House checks secure. Owners daughter has been in and out of the house.

9/16/2008 12900 Lake - Carlyle Condominiums Disturbance. Apt. 226. Complainant said her husband is threatening her. Verbal between husband and wife. Male is going to bed for the night.
9/16/2008 1075 Abbieshire Special attention. Complainant is requesting special attention. The house is vacant and the Complainant is a realtor who found the door open. Nothing was missing.
9/16/2008 14700 Detroit - St. Charles Special attention. Give special attention to the garage for juveniles congregating in the garage.
9/16/2008 1249 Hall Disturbance - noise. On Hall, behind the Complainant, there are two houses with generators going. Entire street is without power. A couple of residents have generators. Spoke with the resident at 1249 Hall. Generator on in the garage with the door closed.
