9/9/2008 16101 Madison - Silvercoast Apts General assistance. Female would like us to standby while she attempts to knock on the property manger's door regarding a private property tow. Complainant was advised to contact K&M Towing and advised that it was a civil matter. She will contact the management in the morning.
9/9/2008 13130 Detroit - Madison Graphics Suspicion. Unable to locate. Black SUV with a male and female inside yelling for help. It took off eastbound on Detroit.
9/9/2008 11712 Nelson Disturbance - noise. Loud music in the area. No music. Parties talking loudly. Advised.
9/9/2008 2190 Bunts Suspicion. Two people sitting in a white van out front. Not sure what they are doing. Two males talking. One lives at 2193 Bunts. They are going in the house now. Advised. 03:00 hours.
9/9/2008 1391 Sloane - Detroit Traffic stop. Unable to locate. White male with blonde hair and a white striped jacket running from 220. Possibly intoxicated. Male ran through the Cliffs toward the Marina. Metroparks was advised. Male is gone on arrival.
9/9/2008 Fairview Hospital Complaint - citizen. Male in the ER stating that he was assaulted somewhere in Lakewood. Juvenile male advised that he and another male got into an altercation at about 22:30 hours at Elmwood and Franklin. It was a mutual combatants. He had no description of the other male. 2:42 hours.
9/9/2008 2006 Waterbury Disturbance. Citation issued. Complainant stated that there was someone trying to break into his apartment. White male wearing all black clothing ran eastbound through the backyards towards Madison Park. 03:04 hours. 220 out with a male at Clarence and Madison. Male lives in apt. 5. Thought he was at the proper door. Male arrested for disorderly conduct (DCI).

9/9/2008 2044 Magee Civil matter. Complainant states that a female moved all of her things into his house overnight. Complainant placed the 31-year-old female's belongings into garbage bags on the front porch. Will start the eviction process against her tomorrow if she does not voluntarily leave later today. Female not present at the time of the Complaint.
9/9/2008 11701 Madison - West 117th Traffic stop. Called for a squad for an overdose. Female was transported by S3. Medical assist only. 45-year-old female was transporting her 47-year-old sister because of a possible medicine overdose.

9/9/2008 15103 Esther Assist - rescue squad. Complainant received a call about an intoxicated suicidal male. When the Complainant tried calling the male, it went straight to voicemail. Medical assist only. Male went voluntarily with the squad.
9/9/2008 14920 Delaware Disturbance. Up. Female and male fighting. Quiet on arrival. Parties did admit to having a verbal argument earlier. Advised.

9/9/2008 13201 Madison - Madison Park Driving under suspension. Male arrested. Vehicle released to a licensed driver.
9/9/2008 2006 Waterbury Civil matter. Male from apt. 5 threatened the Complainant today. Complainant advised the subject was arrested earlier in the day and came back to the building and made threats. Complainant would like the incident noted. No further information on the other male subject. Complainant believes it's the subject's roommate.

9/9/2008 17115 Madison - Cordova Bus Turnaround Male in the below vehicle hit a fence next door and left northbound on Cordova. Complainant believes the fence is city fence. Truck backed into it and splintered it.
9/9/2008 13229 Madison - Lakewood Public Library Petty theft - bicycle. Complainant's blue mountain bike was stolen from the library in the last 10 to 15 minutes. Complainant will meet officer in front of the pool.
9/9/2008 2117 Halstead Disturbance. Large group on the porch causing a disturbance. Quiet on arrival. Resident advised of the Complaint.
9/9/2008 2117 Halstead Disturbance. Female on porch yelling and threatening the neighbors. No violation witnessed. Resident at 2117 strongly advised on the matter. May be civil in nature. No violation witnessed again.

9/9/2008 1674 Winton Phone call Complaint. Down. Receiving harassing phone calls. Male making the phone calls has multiple warrants. Male has a caution for violent tendencies. Male in custody at 16:50 hours. Male arrested for trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. Male arrested for obstructing. 16:10 hours.

9/9/2008 13607 Merl Personal welfare check. Complainant lives in Pennsylvania and he received a call from his grandmother who advised that the mother of his 1-year-old son was acting strange. Mom is with the family and she is okay.
9/9/2008 1302 Cove - Cove Park Complaint - citizen. Unable to locate. Parties in the park with their dogs.
9/9/2008 16609 Delaware Disturbance. Down. Male and female arguing. Male and female had a heated argument over female's whereabouts during the previous night. Male decided to leave until they both calmed down.
9/9/2008 12031 Edgewater - Shore House Apts Follow-up investigation. Citation issued. Vehicle parked with five outstanding parking tickets. Vehicle towed to Kufner.
9/9/2008 1551 Lakeland Complaint - citizen. Complainant's 14-year-old son is being harassed by a 19-year-old male. Juvenile male advised that he was not being harassed by the male. The male is someone his mother does not want him to talk to. Complainant will handle the incident himself. Advised.
9/9/2008 15424 Detroit - Kauffman Park Complaint - citizen. Coach called and said there were some juveniles there disturbing their practice. Two juvenile males were advised of their conduct at the park.

9/9/2008 1434 Hopkins Burglary. Complainant just noticed that someone broke into her apartment through the back window. Medication, iPod, and a couple of hundred dollars of change is missing. See report.
9/9/2008 14603 Clifton - Belle Suspicion. South of Clifton, white juvenile male riding a black BMX bike was going in and out of driveways. Male was identified and sent on his way.

9/9/2008 15105 Detroit - Caribou Coffee House Complaint - citizen. Male smoking on the patio. White male on the patio. White male with dark hair pulled back in a ponytail sitting by a black laptop. Advised.
9/9/2008 13201 Madison - Madison Park Criminal mischief. Two juvenile females, Cohassett and Atkins residents, arrested for criminal mischief. 
9/9/2008 1459 Riverdale Damage to property - misc. Male hit a pothole and blew a tire.
9/9/2008 1604 Alameda Property - impound. Bike left on the tree lawn. House is vacant. Complainant saw a male walking the bike on Sunday and thought the male may have had a problem with the bike. The Complainant asked the male if he could help him and the male dropped the bike and ran. Complainant advised someone moved the bike to the tree lawn. Older bike. Bike was left for refuse.
9/9/2008 2018 Brown Complaint - citizen. Complainant would like to speak with an officer regarding a juvenile male who threw a pear at his windshield. No damage done to the vehicle. Spoke with the Complainant who advised he spoke with a couple of neighbors who said they saw the juvenile throw the pear at his vehicle. There was damage. Just wanted it documented.

9/9/2008 2047 Halstead - Thrush Disturbance. Gone on arrival. Three black males in the street fighting.
9/9/2008 1277 Cove - Glen Cove Apts Phone call Complaint. Daughter's live-in boyfriend just called the Complainant and threatened to come over and beat him up. Complainant advises that his daughter and the male in question had a falling out yesterday. They have children in common which are the Complainant's grandchildren. Male called and said if he came over, there would be problems. Complainant does not wish a report at this time.
9/9/2008 14881 Detroit - Chipotle Disturbance. Group of juveniles fighting. No fight. Juveniles were horse playing. All have been advised to leave the area.
9/9/2008 14033 Madison - Richland Suspicion. Business door open. Open in there. Watching TV. Everything is okay.
9/9/2008 1484 West 117th Disturbance. Parties arguing. Verbal between units 1, 2, and 3. They are all advised and will stay away from each other.
9/9/2008 2033 Wyandotte Petty theft - from auto. Complainant's vehicle was entered last night and his satellite radio is missing. Complainant just wanted something documented.

9/9/2008 14100 Detroit - Giant Eagle Complaint - citizen. Female stated she fell somewhere on Clifton. Female has some minor scratches on her arms. 203 will be transporting her to Louise Apt on Clifton. Female fell in Cleveland and will be dropped off at the bus stop. Female is a mental health consumer.
9/9/2008 1473 Hopkins Disturbance - noise. Across the street. White duplex. Northeast side. Female is being loud. Mother and daughter had a verbal argument. Advised.
9/9/2008 1352 Cranford E911 welfare check. Male called 911 and hung-up. On call back, female answered and said that the male was upset. Everything checks okay. On-going family issues. The female is the primary caregiver to her brother, who has Downs Syndrome. She indicated that he got upset when she attempted to discipline him, which is why he called 911. They were advised.

9/10/2008 1082 Wilbert Suspicion. Female believes there is someone in her house. She had all the lights turned off and now there are lights on and she hears footsteps. House checks secure in and out. She thinks she now remembers leaving the light on..
9/10/2008 1510 Newman Disturbance. Male trying to fight with Baker Motor driver. 01:30 hours. Written report.
9/10/2008 16801 Hilliard Complaint - citizen. Complainant stated that the down residents are using her electricity. Female stated that a few months back they were using their electricity and they haven't paid her back yet. Advised a civil matter and males advised to stop using her electricity.
9/10/2008 14026 Lakewood Heights General assistance. Cleveland Police called and would like us to assist them. They received a call from a female who stated that there was a male bothering her and then the line went dead. Female called back and stated it was her was bothering her at her house. She is headed back there. Cleveland Police called again and stated that they have the male in question in custody at Circle K and the Complainant and her children are there also. Boyfriend and girlfriend had a verbal argument at the residence. They had another argument at the Circle K in Cleveland. Female doesn't want him around. Male has a traffic warrant with Cleveland. They are going to take him on that. 03:25 hours.

9/10/2008 15601 Detroit - Lakeland Motor vehicle accident - injury. Motor vehicle accident with possible injuries. One of the vehicles hit a building. Party evaluated and signed refusal. No transport.
9/10/2008 11871 Lake - Modern Apts - Modern Apts Parking - violation. Citation issued. Rush hour. Towed to Kufner. 07:19 hours.
9/10/2008 1193 Ethel Civil matter. 17-year-old son being unruly. Civil matter over custody. Advised.
9/10/2008 13468 Clifton  Criminal damaging. Female is waiting out front. Is having a problem with her partner. Written report. 09:12 hours.
9/10/2008 15114 Clifton Complaint - citizen. Animal warden is at the house. Small child there who says that her mommy is sleeping. Animal warden has been unable to get an answer at the door after five minutes of knocking. Officer requested the fire marshal. Fire marshal went over the fire regulations with resident in apt. 3 about blocking the door with furniture. The animal warden also talked to the resident.
9/10/2008 1630 Winchester Complaint - citizen. Complainant is concerned about the 20-year-old that lives at 1630. Male hasn't been seen in three days and his dog was left outside for a day and a night and now the dog is gone. Landlord worried about the tenant being late on his rent. The apartment looks like he is in the process of moving. Landlord was advised.

She said she hasn't been getting along with her parents and would like to speak with an officer. She's at 1267 Beach now. Complainant was taken home. She was upset over some disciplinary issues. She and her parents were advised.

Then westbound on the sidewalk on Detroit. 207 out with the male at Wyandotte and Detroit. Male arrested for theft.
9/10/2008 15700 Detroit - Lakewood United Methodist Complaint - citizen. Female with disabilities is at the church and no one knows why. She is there. The Complainant said she was dropped off about 30 minutes ago. Spoke with the Complainant. Female left prior to officers' arrival. Checked the area. Unable to locate. They thought she was confused.
9/10/2008 11701 Madison - West 117th Complaint - citizen. Gone on arrival. Black male standing in the street and flagging down drivers and asking them for money. No one in the area. There was a male in the bus stop. He was advised and denies doing it.
9/10/2008 11716 Detroit - Payless Shoesource Petty theft. Black female stole from the store and left northbound on West 117th in the listed auto. Written report.
9/10/2008 1302 Cove - Cove Park Complaint - citizen. Two males in the park with unleashed dogs. Female is concerned that the dogs may bite the kids playing in the park. Males will be taking the dogs home.
9/10/2008 1496 Victoria Complaint - citizen. Group of kids playing in the street and being loud. Nobody playing in the street. They were on the sidewalk riding their bikes.

9/10/2008 11801 North Lane - Lakewood Club Apts Information - general. Complainant would like to speak with an officer regarding a white male who is following the kids in the area. She spoke to the officer before about the male following and talking to her son.
9/10/2008 14536 Detroit - Aladdin's Eatery Inc. Suspicion. Complainant saw a white male trying car doors in the parking lot. The Complainant last saw him walking up the steps to Pacers.

19:13 hours. Male took off running westbound.
19:14 hours. Male left running southbound towards Detroit.
19:14 hours. Male running westbound on Detroit.

9/10/2008 1576 Mars Disturbance. Parties came to the front counter yelling at each other. They were both advised to stay away from each other. Female is going to take the kids and stay with a friend tonight. The male is going to stay at the house.

9/10/2008 17710 Archdale - Riverside Complaint - citizen. Juveniles climbed over the fence going down to the valley. Spoke with a couple of juveniles who stated that did not go down.
9/10/2008 1388 Riverside - Thin Solutions E911 welfare check. 911 hang-up. On call back, the answering machine says the business is closed. Unknown cause.
9/10/2008 18725 Detroit - Coronet Apts Assist - rescue squad. Female is intoxicated and not feeling well. Medical only.
9/10/2008 1314 West 117th - Sapell's Robbery. Complainant was robbed of his social security check on Friday. He is at home now. 
9/10/2008 2019 Lakeland Personal welfare check. Mobile crisis requesting a welfare check on a female there who stated she was raped two months ago by her ex-boyfriend and she found out today she is pregnant and she said she was going to kill herself. Complainant had no idea who the female is. The only info mobile crisis could provide was a phone number. Spoke with the parties at the residence and everyone there was okay. They advised it may be a female who lives in Victoria because she has made this type of call before.
9/10/2008 14861 Detroit - City Center Disturbance. Out with two people who are fighting. Nobody was physically fighting and they were strongly advised to leave the City Center.

9/10/2008 2082 Magee Complaint - citizen. Apt 2. Door slamming and kids crying. Everything is okay now. Kids were in bed sleeping.

9/10/2008 14000 Detroit - Bunts Complaint - citizen. Gone on arrival. Group of kids throwing garbage into the street and breaking bottles. They left running northbound on Bunts. Kids are gone on arrival. There was one bottle in the street that was cleaned-up.

9/10/2008 1560 West 117th - Kentucky Fried Chicken Suspicion. Unable to locate. Complainant saw a white male beating up a female. Checked the area. Couple of parties thinks they may have gone into Cleveland.
9/10/2008 1670 Roosevelt Complaint - citizen. Complainant would like to speak with an officer about a female who is harassing him. Officer is going to 1551 Lakeland to speak with the other half. Female was not at home, but her husband was advised and will tell her to stay away from the Complainant.
9/10/2008 12407 Madison Disturbance. Complainant's husband is screaming at her and causing problems. Verbal argument. Both parties live at the residence. Neither want to leave. They are going to bed for the evening.
