9/1/2008	1197 Cook	Intoxication. Citation issued. Upstairs neighbor throwing glass over the balcony at dark green Honda Accord parked in the driveway. Male arrested for intoxication. Male threw plexiglass onto the vehicle. No damage to the vehicle at this time. 00:22 hours.

9/1/2008	1369 Bunts - Aristocrat Assisted Living	General assistance. 82-year-old male has Alzheimer's and left the apartment 45 minutes ago with car keys. Left in 2004 white Toyota Corolla with Florida Plates. Male returned home while officers were on the scene. Everything is okay.

The rear drivers side window of the vehicle is smashed out, but the owner did it himself. They cleaned-up the glass. 01:51 hours.

He stated the male was coming back towards him. Cars sent code three. No bottle or knife involved. It was a verbal dispute. All advised. 02:24 hours.

The Complainant saw the male come home and knew we were looking for the male. At the same time, he heard a bang. There was no gunfire. The male had the vehicle up at an auto shop to get worked on. All advised.

Cleveland Police received a call from a male at the church that caught an unknown male trying to steal the church van. Male left in a white van with no plates.  Incident happened over an hour ago. 9/1/2008	1280 Jackson	Complaint - citizen. Juvenile male that lives on the street threw a ball at a pigeon and its now laying on the sidewalk. Complainant will point out where the juvenile lives. Bird was already dead. The juveniles threw a plastic ball at it to make sure it was. Advised.

Complainant told him no and he proceeded up the stairs. Complainant has never seen him before and when she looked again he was down in the driveway. Male had a white shirt hanging over his shoulder. Out with a male in front of 11725 Lake. Male was identified and sent back to 11849 Clifton - Hidden Valley Apts.

9/1/2008	12201 Franklin - Sam's Beverage	Disturbance. Unable to locate. Three males in the parking lot fighting. Complainant stated it started over a traffic altercation and that one of them threatened to shoot the other. Unable to locate the parties. Manager stated it was only verbal.

Complainant thinks it was people across the street. Complainant believes the male who lives at 1267 drove over his driveway. Complainant does not wish any further police involvement at this time. Just wanted to speak with an officer. Advised.

9/1/2008	15610 Madison	Disturbance. Apt. 103. Complainant's 14-year-old is threatening her and causing problems. He left the house. Checked 1326 Gladys. No one answered the door. Complainant advised she would call back in the morning if he does not return to make a missing person report.
9/1/2008	16165 Hilliard - Seven Eleven	Disturbance. Westlake cab driver having a problem with four riders. One is passed out and won't get out. The other three are giving him a hard time and won't pay. Cab driver received payment and is satisfied with that. 22:36 hours.

9/2/2008	854 Beach	Disorderly conduct. Citation issued. Guard stated that a male and female were residing together. They broke-up recently and he changed the locks without going through the eviction process. Female is intoxicated and sleeping on the front porch. Female arrested for disorderly conduct. 00:28 hours.

Southbound on Alger. 55 MPH. 02:49 hours. 221 enroute. 03:00 hours. Lost vehicle at Orchard Park and West 140th. Last seen eastbound on Orchard Park. Cleveland Police notified. 03:01 hours. 221 waiting on Triskett. Checked the area. Unable to locate. 05:41 hours. Male arrested for failure to comply and a warrant at 14308 Gramatan. Vehicle towed to Kufner.

Subject walks with other parents past the house with day care kids from Holy Family. This bothers the Complainant. Nothing barring the subject from being in the area. Subject was unavailable, but her supervisor was advised and was already aware of the situation.

Female wanted us aware that the receptionist was let go on Friday 8/29 for issues with petty cash expenses and inconsistent versions of events when questioned over the matter. Couple of kids ran southeast through the fence. 204 and 201 out with a group to the rear of Huntington. Nobody was fighting on arrival. Group to the rear of Huntington denied trying to start a fight or being involved in one.

Complainant would like to speak with an officer regarding an altercation she had with the neighbor two doors down. 204 speaking with the male at 2054 Wyandotte. Parties had an altercation over the water hose. Both parties advised to stay in their own yards.
9/2/2008	1235 Nicholson	Complaint - citizen. Meet owner of the property. She was in court and the tenant did some damage to the property on the third floor. Male forced the back door open and did some minor damage. Complainant did not wish any further police involvement at this time, but would like the male arrested should he return to the property.
