He stated that no one else has keys to his apartment. The chain wasn't on. The strike plate  on the door somehow got bent and was holding the door shut. Checked the apartment.

8/10/2008	1271 Edwards	Complaint - citizen. Two males got into an argument. Complainant stated that boyfriend stuck him in the face and jumped on his vehicle and broke his windshield. Complainant waiting in the driveway. Boyfriend upstairs. Complainant is going to have a friend pick him up and does not want any police involvement at this time. Boyfriend passed out. Complainant just wanted a CAD entry. 03:21 hours.

8/10/2008	11720 Edgewater - Edgewater Towers	Suspicion. Apt. 602. Female stated that there is an intruder in her apartment in one of the bedrooms. Checked the apartment. There was no one there except for female and her uncle. She has some emotional problems and  left the light on earlier and forgot about it. She thought someone was in the bedroom. Checks okay. Advised. 04:06 hours.

8/10/2008	1232 Giel	Suspicion. Complainant stated there was an older model 2-door car parked in front of his house. He saw two bags of marijuana in the car. One of the occupants -- a black male -- got out of the car and was standing on the front porch of the house that is opposite 1232 Giel. The car left southbound on Giel. No evidence of any drug activity at this time. Party at 1231 Giel was id'ed.
8/10/2008	18616 Detroit - Around the Corner Bar	Motor vehicle accident - hit-skip. Complainant stated the listed auto backed into the fence to the rear of the business and damaged it. The vehicle then pulled into a spot, parked, and the driver got out and walked away. Complainant said the vehicle left it's tail light behind.

There isn't any damage to the house and entry wasn't gained. Complainant just wanted us aware of the situation. Requesting special attention.

Complainant stated that a juvenile told him that he saw two white male juveniles slash tires on vehicles in the parking lot and run westbound on Detroit. One juvenile is wearing a white hoodie and the other is wearing a gray hoodie. 217 advised that parties got into a white Talon and drove southbound on West 117th. 02:58 hours. 217 and 202 out with a vehicle at Taco Bell on West 117th. 02:51 hours.

8/11/2008	1439 Lakewood	Suspicion. Believes someone entered house this morning. Air conditioner removed from the window. Complainant's A/C unit fell from the window, possibly by accident with the help of the Complainant's three youngest sons. Children would not admit involvement, but were sleeping in the same room as the A/C unit and claim to have not heard anything. Complainant fears someone may have pushed the A/C from outside, entered the window, and left through the front door, although nothing was taken or disturbed. Complainant acknowledges possibility of accident involving the children, but would like special attention to feel secure.

He's alleging that one of the camp counselors hit him. Male was not hit. There was a medical situation involving one of the kids in the day camp and all the other kids in the camp were standing around him. The counselor pushed them back so he could get to the child with the medical problem. Parties at the camp and the male's mom were advised.

Juvenile's parents both did not want to pick her up and Cleveland would not confirm that she is missing. Female was with her aunt and the Complainant. The aunt is contacting 696-KIDS. I contacted 696-KIDS and they said they would send a worker to the aunt's.

8/11/2008	15003 Athens - Reveley	Traffic detail. Complainant stated the father of her children, who lives with her, was highly intoxicated and sitting on the front porch. He got into a yellow box truck and left northbound on Reveley from Athens.
8/11/2008	14921 Lake	Complaint - Citizen. Owner would like to speak to an officer. Tenant from apt. 9 is stealing electricity. Tenant is running a cord from the hallway to her apartment. Complainant was worried about that and wanted advice on the eviction process.

8/11/2008	1643 Blossom Park	Suspicion. Across the street, three houses north. House is vacant. There are three cars in the drive and the Complainant can hear parties in the house. Home owner is painting the interior.

8/11/2008	11843 Edgewater - Edgewater South Apts	Disturbance. Male and female arguing. Third floor in the back of the building. Multiple callers. Last caller advised that someone is screaming that someone has a knife. Cars sent code three. Verbal argument between a couple of friends. Neither party desired any further police involvement. Advised and sent on their separate ways. 21:30 hours.
8/11/2008	11700 Clifton - West 117th	Driving under suspension. Male arrested. Towed to Kufner.
8/11/2008	2109 Halstead	Suspicion. Complainant stated that approximately 2 hours ago he and some neighbors heard a loud crash and then saw a group of juveniles running through the backyard. Complainant noticed that the door to apt. 2 has been kicked in and the glass in the door is broken. Note was left for the resident to call when he arrives home. Complainant will contact the landlord regarding the broken glass. Nothing in the apartment was disturbed. It looks like male's mother may have entered the apartment. The was a note on the chair from her.

8/11/2008	1331 Nelson	Disturbance. Intoxicated male and female arguing. Verbal argument between husband and wife. Husband left prior to arrival. She will call back if he returns.
8/11/2008	17519 Archdale	Complaint - Citizen. Female has been receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown party with a private number. Female called back and stated that officers could disregard. It was her son calling.
8/11/2008	11849 Edgewater - Edgecliff Manor	Disturbance. Male and female arguing outside. Quiet on arrival. Spoke with a few residents who stated that it may have been the people in apt. 302. No one answered the door. All quiet.
