She said they smoke it along the western border of the park and the juveniles are usually there in the late afternoon. |

Complainant's brother-in-law called upset and said he was on his way to the Complainant's house because his wife is there and they had a heated argument on the phone. Male is on his way to Complainant's residence from Parma. Officer spoke with the male on the phone. He is still in Parma. They had an argument over use of the car. Parties were advised to stay away from each other for the rest of the night and work things out in the morning. |
